This is the second time in a few weeks my husband and I have gone through the drive thru here and both times our orders were wrong. This time I ordered a double chicken Cobb salad with avocado. the salad arrived (eventually) and we arrived home to find that there was no napkin or fork (fortunately we were home), no avocado, and no dressing. The salad otherwise was ok, but when you pay over $13 for a salad with no drink, you expect it to at the very least to be what you ordered. We will not be going back. read more

Avoid this place like Covid!!! This is the 3rd time I have been here and every time my order is wrong. The last 2 times I went through the drive thru my order was wrong, so today I went inside. I waited 35 minutes for my order, people that order 10 minutes after me got their food within 5 minutes. I've only gone through drive thru at this location and have been happy with the service. I can clearly hear them through the speaker and I have always gotten my complete order. Sometimes the line can get pretty long and slow but that seems pretty standard now a days for fast food places. Whataburger always make delicious burgers and breakfast items. I do wish you could get a juice with the kids meal instead of coke like other fast food places. I am glad the kids meals don't come with toys that are going to be forgotten about in two hours. read more

Whataburger is Whataburger is Whataburger. It's a chain, so the food is the exact same regardless of the location. However, what's NOT the same across the board is the customer service or cleanliness. Sad to say, but this place had dead flies on the tables. One was posted up next to us and we only noticed it when we were about to dig in. Needless to say, I lost my appetite. My wife notified the cashier who apologized. We felt embarrassed for the girl and for the place. I usually go here and they get my order right but this time I paid for a double whataburger jr with onions and jalapeño, got charged for it and ended up with a SINGLE whataburger jr. So I just want to let Whataburger management know about their employee Dylan! Y'all need to move him on up to management lol because he is making sure y'all hit yalls daily quota regarding sales. I asked this man for bbq sauce and he was like it's 36 cents. I was like omg really now I gotta get change lol I was like can you go ahead and add a buffalo sauce too so now I'm at 76 cents after paying for my meal order. So I give him exactly 76 cents and just to be petty because he charged (as he should because I asked for 2 extra sauces besides ketchup) lol but I had to find change. I asked him for my receipt for my sauces thinking he didn't even ring up the sauces and that he was just prob being extra. Lol yo he gave me the receipt, he already had put in through the register . Whataburger does it again!! The new Pico burger rocks. The topping is great, it comes with two patties, and a Dr. Pepper shake is perfect with it. This has to be the worst Whataburger ever I've lived in the area for quite some time and I've never had a good experience at this location no matter the time. Today had to be the worst experience thus far. I decided to give them another try given that I was extremely hungry and didn't want to drive further down to another location. I order and expected to wait awhile because hey I'm at Whataburger. I waited extremely long time during this time there was a young lady out of uniform hair out and pajama pants near the kitchen. The manger who i assumed had on white shirt was hugging the young lady and others who work in the kitchen also had close contact with her as well. I didn't really worry about because I didn't see her touch any food. She walk out the kitchen ordered food after me and the other customers and stood to the side. After waiting the usual long time I notice that all the people who'd ordered before me was gone and even the young lady had gotten her food. She had two bags sat the on the counter near the register after going in the bag. I then started to notice that she only pick up one bag. Five minutes later the young lady working at the register ask me did you order a chicken sandwich? I said yes but the whole order there is not fries nor onion rings and the young lady has been all through this bag before me. I ask for the manger which seem to upset her. The manger also took his time to come out and address me didn't apologize and didn't seem concern I just told them to please give me a refund. The young lady who was playing by the kitchen ask the manger what was the problem and he started telling her and then hugged her again. I'm not sure what's going on at this location, but it's making me dislike Whataburger especially since this is the closest one to my home. The whole staff is rude and there seem to be no order. I'm not the only customer who was complaining, but I was the one who received the worst treatments with no apology! read more

Came in with high expectations. No better than your average McDonalds. Looks like trash all torn up on this inside and kind of soggy. Got the bacon avocado burger. Wish it came with lettuce.
