When I wait in line for 15 minutes and there is a steady flow of cars, I would expect the fries to stay fresh and hot. It's annoying to pay $30 for fast food and the fries are lukewarm at best. This is a regular occurrence at this location. read more

The girl taking my order tried telling me that a "bacon egg and cheese biscuit" wasn't a thing, so I said "I'm literally reading it off the menu" so she said she'll just ring me up for an egg and cheese biscuit and add bacon... when in reality she charged me for a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin with bacon added extra to it. I have only done drive thru at this location and almost all the time my order is correct. I think three times I've been short fries, a cheeseburger and juices. I primarily just get kids meals for my kiddos and extra $1 cheeseburgers for them. McDonald's kid meals prices are pretty good at just $2.99 for a cheeseburger, two kids fries (bc they don't offer gogurt anymore) and a 100% apple juice. It's $3.99 with the extra cheeseburger and that's fair to feed a kid. Service in the drive thru has been good. I can see though that there drive thru is pretty tight and I don't know how larger vehicles make it around the bend. You can tell that several cars have scratched the barriers. I've even seen how many cars will wait in the right drive thru lane so they don't have to make the tight turn on the left even though the left lane is completely open. read more

The Halloween Happy Meals came out yesterday. I went to get one today, the drive thru was seriously 20 cars deep ( in a gas station parking lot) so I went inside. Inside there were 6 people in line....i waited for what seemed like 20 mins, I finally ask the people in front of me " is anyone even working the counter?" One thing we all learned as kids was that, despite its limitations, you could rely on McD being the same wherever you went - a Big Mac was a Big Mac. I have noticed recently that this is no longer always the case. Stopped in at this new store (closest to home) for the first time at around 6.35am on the way home from the airport. First thing to note was how awfully slowly the drive-thru moved. Picked up a large coffee - have this probably 4 days a week in Michigan when I am there at work - the coffee in Michigan is great. Just ordered a grilled chicken sandwich at the drive through. There was SO MUCH liquid in it that now me, my shirt, my pants, my car seat, and my steering wheel are basically covered in "sandwich juice. I called the store to speak to the Manager on Duty. I tried three times to communicate my issue to her, but her mastery of the English language was insufficient to allow us to effectively communicate. Now, by no means am I a closed minded bigot, quite the opposite. Check my social media. I am a rabid and vocal advocate for diversity of all kinds in society. But when I encounter something like this I've got to speak up. First because the Duty Manager shouldn't have let her staff serve me a sandwich in that condition in the first place. Second because Senior Management shouldn't hire a Duty Manager who can't communicate with customers. I'm sure the duty manager is a good worker and great person... she's just in an inappropriate job role given her current communication skills. This was really frustrating to me. So I came to this McDonalds tonight and I i just wanna tell the story of the cashier that just made my day. I got news that a good friend had passed away this morning, and I had a rough day at work; it was 11pm and I was gonna eat my feelings. I walked up to the cashier and he immiduatly started crackin jokes and trying to get me to smile while I ordered. Over the top friendly but not quite at a level of kinda creepy. I was really surprised; this man with one of the worst jobs on earth was really going out of his way to give service with a smile. It really touched me. Of course I'm weird and couldn't muster anything except an awkward thank you at the time. So phenomenal service. As for everything else; it's a McDonalds, you shouldn't be expecting much in the first place. When I got my drink tonight, all I could think was you had one job, one job! The drive through is a hit or miss in how long you can tolerate sitting there waiting, and sometimes watching the other lane receiving service and move through a couple cars while your waiting. One would ask why continue to go here, believe me I don't as often anymore but when I do it's for just ONE drink and even that is not done right. I ordered a Egg White Delight and the egg still had yellow yolk in the center after waiting for 10 minutes. They were super slow in getting my order and it wasn't even right. Some guy whose order was wrong walked in in front of me and delayed my order. He went back to his car and they had to walk outside to hand deliver his corrected order. I watched the lady cooking eggs because I had plenty of time, she kept cracking eggs the same for an entire tray. I don't think anyone asked her to make an all egg white order and she wasn't looking at orders at all. So it was a freshly prepared egg order but I sat waiting for something that wasn't prepared as ordered. read more

This McDonald's needs either new leadership or new owners. I have consistently been there near close and near open with absolutely horrible service or no service at all. why advertise a closing at 12 when really the close is at 11:50. Tonight, I sat in the drive through for at least 8 minutes with no one saying closed. but at 11:59 the lights go out. I live in the community and this happens often. Unfortunate, but this is typical and wil lgo unnoticed by the owners. This is a horrible practice. I have a large family and will never eat there again. read more

I said to let me have two Mcdoubles instead of the tenders. Then, they wanted me to pull off to the side and wait for the order so they could work on another customer's order. After the third time of trying to order 2 large unsweetened iced tea's and each time the drive thru attendant saying "what" in a very aggressive and rude manner, I decide to go in and order. I use the kiosk only to find no paper in the machine after it tells you to take the receipt to the counter to receive your order. Once I finally get my Tea, one is overflowing all over the lid and the other lid is dirty. I ask for a manager only to be given another work that was not a manager who could only say "I'm sorry".
