Restaurant was clean, food arrived hot and in a timely manner and the staff was very kind and courteous!

Had to give it a go, especially since people claim it's better than in n out.., service was great, establishment was clean and food was good but it doesn't compare to in n out..sorry not sorry, although it was a good burger no doubt. I didn't take pictures as I got it in a rush before leaving Kansas City..upon my return I will bless yall with some food pictures next visit. Definitely would recommend this establishment. read more

I have been eating at Whataburger since I was kid growing up in Arizona. Now, living in Colorado, I can't get them unless I do while on vacation. So while visiting my mom in the Springfield area, i got to have Whataburger twice before I left. Once I got the number one with cheese combo meal with Dr. Pepper. My only complain was that the Dr. Pepper tasted an awful lot like root beer. But it wasn't worth going back to complain about. The second time I got the biscuits and gravy and they were delicious. It traveled well to go also. I didn't go to the actual restaurant each time, so I cannot speak about the service or ambiance while there, but the food we got to go was good both times. read more

I have always liked Whataburger and it became one of my favorite fast food spots when my oldest son got his first job in high school at a Dallas area Whataburger. The super chatty cashier working on Friday evening was as nice and pleasant as could be. My order was just a small kids meal. The delivery to the table was mega slow even though the dining room barely had any table customers and my order was tiny, quick and easy to prepare. When it was finally delivered the fries were cold. The brewed tea was good. Yay for my hometown. I'm glad Whataburgers are here now. For this location, with fast food move faster. French fries pretty much only taste good when they're hot. read more

I would give this review zero stars if I could. I decided to use my rewards points to purchase a wb Jr. with bacon and cheese. I approach the counter and the employee behind the counter is a special needs hire as I have encountered him before. I worked with the developmentally disabled for 12 years and this is not a slam on that community. The issue is that he has not been acceptable trained to work the counter. Anyway, I tell the guy that I want to use my reward points as part of my purchase. He asks what it's for and I tell him. He starts putting the order in, and I stop him and ask, aren't you supposed to scan my code first? He says no, you don't need it. He then asks me how many slices of bacon I want on it. I say, what do you mean? He says it doesn't come with it. I told him that the offer is for a wb Jr. with bacon and cheese. He says it doesn't come with it. I then tell him to clear his register, and let me scan my code. He finally does, then he asks, how may slices of bacon do you want. By this point I am livid. I told him FORGET IT! I'm done with this nonsense and left. I then went to eat at McDonald's and began contacting Whattaburger as I was also out 1100 points from my rewards. I here back from wb two days later and they tell me, sorry for the inconvenience, here's 500 points(which hasn't been added as of yet). I am done with Whattaburger for life, what an absolute joke for a fast food restaurant. read more

Went through the drive-through ask for unsweet, nice tea and crispy fries for my order times two after I got home fries were not crispy I live five minutes away, and had sweeten tea. I called the manager, and he didn't seem to be bothered at the disgruntled Ness of a customer. I would not recommend this place to anybody. He did not even offer to rectify anything. read more

This location was miles above the others in the Spfld area. Shakes provided at counter when we ordered. Food was hot, made right and to the table within 10 min. Restaurant was clean, even the restrooms. read more

Today I ordered breakfast and got pancakes and sausage. When I open my food the sausage was gone and a hair was in My pancakes! When I called Lisa answered who is the manager and I told her what happened she said ok and..... like she was waiting for me to ask for a replacement. Food is fine but very dirty tables and floors. Needs better up keep. I would recommend that management spend more time looking at cleaning and less time chatting with each other behind the counter. read more

I ordered a double burger and they delivered a single burger and when I asked for the difference to be credited he told me they don't do that and he hung up! I called back and was told it was a simple mistake on their part oh well, no credit due. That's stealing from their customers. read more

While visiting Texas I came to enjoy eating at Whataburger, depending on the location they can range from great to average, but always a good fast food burger. I love their spicy catsup. So I was looking forward to their move here. Since they opened they seem to be packed so I waited for a slow day. I pulled in one afternoon there were only 2 cars in the drive through so this looked like a good time to get my fix. I ordered and set for 15 min and there was no movement The car setting in front of the takeout window when I pulled in was still setting there. I said never mind and pulled out of line. I went next door to Taco bell got a burrito, parked and ate it. As I was finishing my burrito the car that was setting in front of the takeout window finally was exiting the Whataburger parking lot. I don't know if after 30 min, they finally got their food or like me they just gave up. All I can say about this location is that it would be a great place to open up a burger joint, maybe somebody will. read more

Don't waste your time here unless you have an hour to spare and an incorrect order every time you visit.

Don't even bother with drive thru. Just takes way too long. I really don't have any other complaints but that it's average all around here
