What shocked me was her attitude: the moment I tried to pick up an item to look at it, she immediately snapped "NO!" at me. To top it all off, the prices in this disorganized hoard are completely detached from reality. Paying premium prices to be treated with absolute hostility in a messy, empty store is ridiculous. Do not waste your time or money here. Avoid this place at all costs! UPDATE The response from the owner, Chelsea, is an absolute fabrication. Her claim that I was "going through her personal belongings behind the counter" is completely ridiculous and utterly false. The items in question were sitting directly ON TOP of the main sales counter, thrown into a disorganized pile in plain view of anyone entering the shop. If these were truly your "personal, not-for-sale belongings," why on earth were they left piled up on a public retail counter? This is a desperate, made-up excuse to cover up your hostile and completely unprofessional behavior. Furthermore, you did not "politely explain" anything. You repeatedly snapped a single word at me: "NO!" - treating me like a dog that had wandered into your yard rather than a human being and a customer. It is pathetic that instead of taking accountability for your terrible customer service, you choose to invent outright lies to gaslight people. This owner is not just incredibly rude; she is completely dishonest. Avoid this place her behavior is absolutely unhinged.

Visited this Goodwill location a few months ago…read more In short: the prices have gone up enough that it's almost not worth stopping by anymore. I'm sure rents have gone up and Goodwill is feeling the pinch like a lot of businesses/not for profits these days but when your closest competition is Value Village and your prices match or exceed VV's, that's a red flag to me. Our most recent visit was definitely our most disappointing one. I found a number of interesting looking games, two of which had multiple price stickers. These two were both card games and when I brought these to the attention of an employee I was told that the higher of the marked prices were the most recent. Each of those card games was priced at $10, which to me was ludicrous. On the other hand, large boxed games like Monopoly were less than that. Clothing was also more expensive than I'm used to in this shop and so I found very little of interest. The selection and quality varies widely as you might expect, so you never know what you're going to find. Plenty of parking out front and the staff were friendly enough.

My fiancé and I bought two chairs, two old vintage plant pots and a old sailor painting from 1950 for a spectacular deal. The cashier was even kind enough to stay behind 15 minutes past closing time for us to grab the car and load it away on a Friday. But once you get the lay of the land, figure out where and when things are kept, and realize that even the cool stuff on their walls and displays is for sale, it's hard to walk in here without buying at least one or two things. I like to start in the back, at the 50% off rack, then work my way towards the higher priced items in front. Yes, things are a bit pricier than you average consignment shop here. But you get what you pay for, as most of their items are high quality, recognizable brands, and I rarely find anything flawed or dirty. They also have an impressive selection of accessories, including designer bags and lovely costume jewelry.

The First time I came in I needed a box to ship a snowboard, I assumed I would have to buy one, but they looked for me but couldn't find a specific snowboard box so brought me out some ski boxes tape and scissors! Mind you I had never been here or shopped here before I couldn't believe how gracious they were! Not to mention I had a friendly dog hanging around as I was building the box! So rad! The next time I had to sell some of my gear to pay a bill and the guy working in the gear section could feel my pain and gave me a really solid deal that he really didn't have to! This place is special In Bellingham and the people who work here have to be the best spirited team in any shop around town.
