The owner is purchasing and upselling (up to triple the price from the department store). The owner does sprinkle some antiques around the store but the items are overpriced. It's also kind of weird that the owner has a huge photograph of herself behind the cashier counter. Not a fan of this store when there are plenty of other stores worth shopping at walking distance.

I got about a third of the way into the store, admiring the wide array of vintage food craft tools - when I came upon the prominent display of the T-shirt "Try that in a small town". Knowing that this is a racist T-shirt advocating the lynching of African-Americans I realized that it was an intentional statement to black and brown people so I immediately left the store and wrote this second review.
