I bought it without knowing I'd have medical issues that won't allow me to do heated yoga. The few other classes that aren't heated don't fit in my work/life schedule. I reached out to let them know immediately. I was told that 'they are a small business so they don't give refunds'. This makes no sense.?!? I, too, have a small business and I've given refunds over the years to folks who couldn't use my services...especially due to a medical issue. Having a small business still means that you manage your income and services to be sure you are taking care of customers. It's not ethical to take people's money for services they will never be able to use. I almost never write negative reviews but was floored by this. I want to let others know before you purchase with them.

I didn't think it could get any better. But it has! Both Maila and John are classically-trained Pilates instructors. Each has their own approach to teaching, and I appreciate and enjoy both! Maila is like being in a river, one exercise flowing seamlessly into the other. John has a more studied approach, considering each movement before moving to the next. Classes are small and both instructors are great at providing individual attention and support. Pilates builds strength and improves balance and posture. Not to mention how good one feels, both physically and mentally, when the class is over!
