Another, much bigger, hole in another bridge.

I really want to like this place. It's in desperate need of repairs and updating. I've gone here several times over the last few years. Last year my bf and a I went and played mini golf. I noticed that there was a hole in one of the bridges that someone could easily slip a foot through. It still hasn't been fixed and now there is another one. Small kids could get hurt. The prices have gone up, I know .. inflation. The quality has gone down a lot. The bar area where the pool tables are also has a playground for kids, a little odd but ok.

Really nice, food was ok, lots of fun for the kids. Prices are average and the water park was great.

This is our go to place to take our four year old for a few hours at the waterpark or to play arcade games. It's close and affordable.

So with that said I'd like to level set what you should expect. The park is clean, reasonably priced, and has about 4 rides you'll write home about. The park is mainly limited by space since it's in the greater Dallas area. It was fun and you'll make memories. But it's best to take this park for what it is and not compare it to other parks. It's great for 4-7 hours.

This company sucks. Bought tickets online and it had me save them to my Apple wallet. After paying…read more$42 for parking we entered the park hassle free, we were not given any physical indication that we were fast pass which is odd. This park relies on technology to work which blows my mind when it comes to customer service. Well 3hrs into the park, rides were closed or not working. Finally got to a ride that was and sure enough the digital pass doesn't want to work since apparently it has to be scanned at every ride. God forbid someone take the fast lane that shouldn't be there. Although my tickets said fast pass, the date and order number, we were told we need to exit the ride and go to customer service. Customer service if you can even call it that is also useless. I was told by 2 different workers that they "unfortunately don't do refunds" oh you bet your ass you're going to give me a refund. I did not pay $350 for nothing. I continued to ask for rank up until I was talking with the regional manager that finally said she'd get me a refund. But not for parking. I asked for a card to contact corporate. Who never responded until I made a Google review. Finally they tell me no refund for parking. Although they were at fault. Nothing to sweeten the deal. I don't care about the money as much as principle. I worked in customer service for 10 years hell even as a construction project manager I'm still in customer service. This right here is not service. This park absolutely sucks. Don't waste your money or time, they don't respect yours. So disappointing. I was really looking forward to this too. Typical business profit over people. I won't be sad to see them go out of business, I'll build a data center right where they are at.

Such a fun place for an afternoon activity with small kids in DFW!…read more My friend and I brought my niece for the afternoon to the Peppa Pig Theme Park. Parking was easy (around $6) and all of the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly! The park is pretty small, but easy to navigate and pretty clean. There's about 5 rides, a playground, and a splash zone. We did all the rides and some time in the playground, which took around 2ish hours. They also do free shows with Peppa that were fun and covered from the heat! I took one star off due to the price. The ticket was expensive ($30ish) for such a small park and the food/drinks were expensive too. Luckily, you can bring your own food and drinks, which is what we did!

There is also a big playground area, splash pad area, and indoor area to "ride" bikes. Overall, my 3-year-old loved it! You can bring your own food, but there is a diner area inside too with pizza, nuggets, mac&cheese, hamburgers, and chips. Only negitive was the park opened at 9am, but the splash pad area didn't open until 10:30am due to short staffing. While I get the short staffing issue, when we asked why the area was still closed and when to expect it to be running, the 3 workers standing at the splash pad entrance were really rude and would tell us anything useful. We eventually asked a manager and they kindly gave us the answers we needed.

The package we received $10 in video games (no prize games) and unlimited attractions: golf, rides, laser tag, go carts There were 2 attendants that appeared to be working. One stayed at the cars -it was the most popular-possibly because there was an attendant there so it looked operational. All other attractions we had to go find an attendant and that was quite difficult. Plenty of employees walking around but none working attractions. We finally found one person and she seemed responsible for all of them. So only one ride at a time could be operated. That is ridiculous since we paid for unlimited and only one closed at a time. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 11:45 -we had 1 sorcerer for more than 30 people! Too much for one person. Pizzas were not delivered until 12:10 and only 2 at a time and were served 2 slices at a time by waitress. We then had to wait to get 2 more pizzas. So we spent A LOT of time waiting for rides and food and very little time participating in the activities. Pizza was terrible -think kid pizza. Not one participant asked for seconds. Worse than Main Event pizza It could be improved with staff! And better food

I'm not sure if this is possible but if you purchased a card, it cost $2.. then it cost another $2 to be able to scan with your phone. Can someone verify if I just download the app that can purchase an an electronic card without having to buy a physical card? The rides were extremely fast and rushed. It was hard to enjoy the Ferris Wheel because you couldn't enjoy the view with how fast it was going. I spent more in an hour than I would at the Texas state fair. This place was alright. My husband and I were waiting next to a booth that no one was in so I decided to pick up the ducks just to see how to play a game. Someone starts yelling behind me. We turned around and this guy named Ed comes straight up to my husband and starts yelling IN HIS FACE saying that we can't touch the ducks, That's cheating. My husband was telling him we weren't going to play the game anyway and to just calm down. Ed is yelling loud at this point, everyone is watching, so I ask him what his name is and he said that his name is Ed in the most RUDEST way I have ever experienced in my life. Apparently he owns Talley, I'm not quite sure, but he started degrading us telling us in front of the public that we must not know about Carnival games and my husband said, well why don't you just tell us instead of yelling at us and so we decide to walk away from the situation. ONCE WE WALK AWAY THIS MAN FOLLOWS US AND STARTS HARASSING US! Taking PICTURES of us WITHOUT consent!!!! Tells me I must have a problem. I told him no sir you are the one with the problem screaming at people instead of being kind.
