Wheatland Florist provided this beautiful, colorful & detailed floral arrangement that I will be appreciating for the next few weeks. It had a mixture of roses, lilies, chrysanthemums, daisies, hydrangeas, tulips and more. Make sure the flowers you pay for are the ones delivered. Paid over $50 plus delivery for an arrangement with red roses in a red, white & blue arrangement for a relative. They received 2 blue flower and ZERO roses. I definitely feel cheated and a very poor arrangement. My husband ordered a rose bouquet for our anniversary. Carnations were delivered instead. He called and left voicemails, none of which were returned. When he FINALLY got through to someone, he explained that his wife HATES carnations (it's true, I do), and he was offered a credit back for the difference between the flowers he paid for and the flowers I received. Thanks? He was also promised a call back when the credit was processed. He did not receive that call back. And while the credit between what was paid for and what was actually was received was given, the florist made no attempt at all to make the situation better. No redos, no nothing. Terrible customer service. I am leaving two stars, because as you can see, the carnations are thriving, despite being a week and a half old. They JUST WON'T DIE. Did I mention I hate carnations? I found this florist on a google search and drove out there not realizing it wasn't a commercial, brick and mortar florist and that they are set up for you to put in your orders ahead of time. Any florist who can't get an expensive birthday flower arrangement down the street to the local high school -A stones throw away- by 2 o'clock in the afternoon when the order was placed at 8:30 in the morning, shouldn't be in business. If you think that's too much to ask, I paid a same-day delivery fee on top of the flower arrangement it still didn't get there and they still couldn't get it there. I could've driven up there made it myself and walked it over in time for my daughter-in-law's birthday. read more

The delivery person could have put them right inside the fence on a flat concrete surface only a few feet away but didn't. A telephone number was provided for delivery, they didn't call. Usually you buy flowers from a florist because you want them delivered on a specific date for a special or important occasion or event. I will not use them again. read more

Ordered $65 flowers from JustFlowers.com for my daughter's 40th birthday to be delivered in Lincoln, Ca. The card on the $20 grocery store arrangement she received was from Wheatland Florist, 1995 Hwy 65. The flowers arrived on time the same day so they get 2 stars instead of 1. My daughter was thrilled I sent her flowers and posted a picture of them on FaceBook. "And then the fight started". The picture she posted did not look at all like the picture on JustFlowers.com that was gorgeous, full of flowers with hardly any green "filler" showing. Her arrangement looked anemic in comparison. The advertised arrangement had several roses. Her arrangement...none. The advertised arrangement had 3 huge sunflowers with a disclaimer that "daisies may be substituted for sunflowers". OK. But, replacing 3 huge sunflowers with 2 little daisies is hardly what could reasonably be expected. Another large flower, not sure of the name, in the advertised photo had 2 of them. Her arrangement....1. Wheatland Florist had definitely chose to go "on the cheap" with their arrangement and had filled all the large gaps between what flowers they used with fern leaves and green filler and the resulting arrangement looked nothing like what was advertised. I felt ripped off. I sent my daughter the pic that was online and pressed her to be honest. She was polite and said she "loved the flowers but they look nothing like the online photo. I'd expect to pay $18 or so for something like this if I picked them up at a store." I filled out a negative review on Trustpilot, the site Just Flowers uses & received a quick response from Just Flowers by email and a phone call that night. my wife and I had a really hard time understanding the lady that called but the gist of it was that she would investigate the next day (today) and probably replace the flowers my daughter had received. We'll see what happens. It appears that Just Flowers.com has good customer service and Wheatland Florist is the culprit here. My daughter has had good experience with Blossoms & Balloons in Roseville and Lincoln Florists and Gifts in Lincoln. Next time I'll use them. If Wheatland Florist steps up and does the right thing, I'll be back to upgrade their review to 3 stars. If not, 1 star. read more

I called and spoke with Yesenia today about making a holiday table centerpiece for my parents anniversary. Eventhough she doesn't normally deliver to Lincoln, she said she would do so by tomorrow morning. She was extremely helpful and accomodating. She was a pleasure to work with. She was very touched that it was my parents 61st wedding anniversary and promised to make it look extra special. I am looking forward to my parents reactions when they get their beautiful holiday floral centerpiece tomorrow! I would definately go through her again! read more
