One evening I witnessed the owner driving down George Freeman with no headlights on, he did a u-turn and I was going to let him know his lights weren't on but before I could get it all out he told me to F off. Today one of his drivers passed me one the right, cut me off only to make a left in front me, so I did the same. Got if front and came to a stop, invited him to pull over and discuss further, he declined. All I've heard from others is unprofessional, dishonest and poor behaviour, shocking. Apparently they are also telling people that their company and Wheatland taxi are one and the same, this could not be further from the truth. I've used Wheatland Taxi and are my go to when I need a ride.

I called again to confirm on the timing and she said "I am coming, be more patient". During a car ride, she asked me why I look so annoyed and told me she couldn't tell me the time because of "traffic", she also said "If I told you the time and got it wrong, you would be even more pissed". St this point, I needed to know the time, not a psychologist to tell me if I seem "pissed" or not. At our hotel he took it out of the cab for us and made sure it was unfolded before he left. Somehow I managed to leave my wallet in the cab. In the middle of the night the hotel slipped a letter under my door stating that a cab driver dropped off my wallet at the front desk. Nothing in my wallet was disturbed. When we were returning from our trip, we called the company for a pick-up from the airport back to Airdrie. We advised the driver what airline we were using and the time of our arrival. The driver kept in constant communication with us (by text) to get updated arrival information. When we landed, the driver was exactly where he said he would be and right on time. The service was excellent! The driver was friendly, very polite, and went above and beyond (with the handling of our luggage). The cab itself was very clean.
