DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT GO HERE TO GET A LIFT INSTALLED or any work done on your vehicle. They have no clue what they are doing and they will mess up your vehicle. They did not install it correctly, didn't take parts out that didn't belong, forgot parts that did. The result was having my rear differential completely rebuilt, having the parts removed that didn't belong, and have my vehicle alignment redone. The cherry on top too they had my vehicle longer than what they quoted me on. I have already contacted their lift sponsor to have their status revoked and intend on filling a small claims thru the courts for the cost and damages done to my vehicle. read more

Do not recommend these guys! my boyfriend took his jeep in for a lift kit installed and they said it would take a day to a day and a half. They ended up keeping his jeep for almost 5 days And didn't Do much of the work until the very last day of having it. That's not even the worst of it; they did everything completely wrong damaging my boyfriends jeep even further. Parts were installed incorrectly, they left parts on that weren't supposed to stay, and forgot parts that were needed. He ended up having to have the rear differential completely rebuilt, have parts removed that didn't belong, and had to have the jeep realigned. It was a complete mess and ended up costing a lot of money to fix. I will also mention that we lived down the hill from the business and these guys test drive customers vehicles down that hill into the roundabout within our view, and we've seen them speed up and down, drift, and rev customers cars up for no reason. read more

I had the pleasure of buying my new set tires at Wheel and Tire Proz on 1/8/2024 they came Highly Recommended by a friend of mine .I searched by my plate and secured a quote for the tires and was overwhelmed by the lower cost . I called 30 min later and was told they had those tires in stock and if not they could get them by afternoon. I said, do you have availability today and they said yes if you drive over, we should be able to take care of it for you. I was 20 minutes away and when I arrived, I was greeted by Tony very friendly, who is who I talk to on the phone. He pulled my car around. He said there's actually a tire comparable that's a little less expensive. I'll bring it and let you look at it and you can choose which . I ended up going with the one that was a little lower cost and was in shock to leave with four new tires alignment under $650 with an hour of my initial contact with them. I would highly recommend this business friendly staff fast and efficient service and truly the fact that nobody tried to upsell me at a time when my finances tight was a plus. I use to think this place was great, but it turns out only the mechanic is. The front desk guy often isn't there on time when he's supposed to when the shop opens. This doesn't help when you have to drop the car off and leave, but end up having to wait for him to show up in his sweats and slippers with no explanation or apology. Don't let this guy talk you into not buying the alignment Groupon because he will not honor the Groupon price. He'll round up the price to the nearest 10th, then add sales tax where Groupon will often give 20% discounts and charge a flat fee with no sales tax. I would give this guy zero stars and the mechanic four stars which averages out to two stars. I can't recommend them until they hire a new front desk person with integrity. He is an example why I don't like most salesmen. read more

These guys always give impeccable service! I have bent rims so my tires are always loosing air and the rims are old and tearing up the inside tire wall. I need help often to say the least and wasn't able to buy a new set of rims and tires as needed but they helped me through the process of getting by...repair after repair until I was able to buy new ones and I am so grateful for them! Waiting five and a half hours to order two bolts and replace them ($60) before doing the alignment (bought from Groupon) is not a good experience. I took my car to get serviced for a tune up,oil change,brakes and rotors. Day 1(day of initial service,diagnostic 1): mechanic nonchantly informed me they broke my key fob(with no explanation on how) but placed some black electric tape on it said & put in writing they would pay for a replacement. Car/engine was making a rattling noise. After checking my fluids they had left my radiator & reserve empty I refilled immediately. Made contact denied fault. Day 2:car/engine still shaking/rattling/sputtering. Made contact denied fault. Day 3:checked fluids & found a wrench under hood left by mechanic on day 1 which they said was one of the noises I was hearing from it moving around in my engine until it found a place to fall. Made contact,sent pictures & photos. Day 4(diagnostic 2):car stops/breaks down. Towed to mechanic accepted fault & agreed to fix. After work was done,car was still having the same issue. Shop kept car overnight. Informed me it wasn't safe to try & drive. Day 5(diagnostic 3):didn't have a definitive answer on cause. Car STILL isn't safe to drive as advised by 2 separate mechanics at shop. 8/8/19(almost a week later)was told my replacement key would be ready at noon. After several phone calls & given the run around. At 3:30 they said they were ready to fix my key which was too late I had to go to work so we agreed on the next day. 8/9/19 vehicle STILL NOT fixed. Had to get vehicle towed & noticed they had broken my oil cap(which they admitted to) but they didn't know how or where it was. They AGAIN,left a tool INSIDE my car on my passenger seat. Why? I have no clue when none of the repairs were needed inside. Manager then refused to speak with me(over the phone or in person) or replace my key. 8/20/19 my car is STILL at the shop(not theirs)I'm having to fix the damages due to their negligence & NO I STILL DO NOT HAVE A NEW CAR KEY! I've called multiple times & either they leave me on hold for 15 minutes or more or they disconnect the call. I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy! read more

Great service and good prices. These guys are great. My wife had an accident with a curb, wasted the tire and beat the rim up pretty good. All new tires around and these guys even repaired/buffed the rim so it could be saved. As a follow up, 3 months later, a tire threw a balance weight and the car was shaking at 70mph. Swung by and they checked/re-balanced all 4 tires at no charge. The service here is nothing but smiles. Give them a chance before you hit the "big name, wait 9 hours to get a flat repair" companies.
