Making an appointment is super easy and lots of available spots as long as you plan ahead. Came here for a flat tire and had to replace a tire in the end first time. Made an appt the other day since one of my tires had a slow leak. Easy to make the appt online, got there to a worker opening the door and greeting me. Service was great and they went over a bunch of things with me, but were not overbearing. Got a text when they took the car back and a worker came out to tell me what they found and how long it would take to fix it. Very disappointing experience for a first visit. I would give a negative review if I could. I called on 11/29/25 to order four tires and schedule an appointment. They emailed me the total price, including tax and the Black Friday discount. However, when I arrived for my appointment today, the manager priced it over $100 higher than what was originally provided, stating that I didn't prepay during the Black Friday sale. This was never mentioned on the phone or in the email. She was very unhelpful, and I left without service. It felt misleading and was a complete waste of my time. What a scam. Unfortunately, this delay also means I'm still driving on worn tires. Profits over people, it seems. I've used Costco Tires for over 15 years, hoping Discount Tire would provide better service. I booked an appointment online today at 11:00 to have my flat tire fix hoping it won't take that long since they even have a sign stating, "Wait Less Time When You Book Online.". I went in 10 minutes early, but still have to wait 10 minutes to be seen. After talking to the service advisor he said, he'll have me out of here in less than 1 hour. Well, after all that, it took them 1.5 hour to do a simple fix. What is the value of making an appointment online or is the 1.5 hour wait is the standard of what they call "Wait Less Time". Was a trustworthy customer here until my elderly father went in to get new tires. They convinced him he needed new lug nuts... $80. Discount used to be good, but they have gone the way of Les Schwab's. Shopped there for 25 years but now I will be looking for a new shop. Costco does a pretty good job, and certainly won't lie to you for an extra $80. Feel bad I recommended he go there. $80 vs. 25 more years... not a sustainable business model. read more

The tire service and customer service were excellent. Kayla, the manager, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She clearly laid out all of the options in a very competent and clear manner, reviewing all of the options and offering suggestions. After the flat and TPMS on my car were repaired and the car was about ready to be released near closing time, I decided it made sense just to get 4 new tires, since the tread on all tires was nearing the replacement level anyway. Even though I offered to return another day, Kayla asked her team to put on the new tires that evening, giving me a great price. Her team did so very quickly, professionally, and happily, staying well after closing. The team was one of the youngest that I had encountered at the various Discount tire locations that I had visited over the years, but they all performed as seasoned professionals. Thank you, Kayla and team for your excellent work and great attitudes! I highly recommend this location! read more

Update: Discount Tire "Customer Care" contacted me but did nothing but waste more of my time. Photo, when opened, shows measuring tape along with item that punctured the tire, clearly repairable. Discount Tire, in addition to making her cry, used every dirty trick in their bag to try and get $$$ out of my wife. My wife showed up for free (actually $300) flat repair but they "judged" the hole too large after making her wait an hour, and of course, proceeded to to try to sell her new tires for $300 - she refused. Wife had PURCHASED ROAD HAZARD GUARANTEE (specifically to cover situations like this) at this same shop but the representative never mentioned it. Also, they didn't have the tires in stock for a very common Dodge Caravan (probably a bait and switch maneuver). Wife was in tears. Also, DT doesn't understand (of course!!!) liability waivers as they refused to replace the leaking tire with the onboard spare, a clear indication that one of their primary solutions is "screw the customer". After measuring hole at home (less than 1/4", the accepted max size) took it to a local independent shop and they had it fixed in 10 minutes, actually had to enlarge the hole to get the plug in. Turned out to be the tip of Exacto knife (photo). BTW the tires originally purchased from DT have not held up well (actually worst ever that I've seen), with only 17k on the tires more than 75% of tread is gone and of course my wife is not hot-rodding around in the minivan. DO NOT BUY FROM DISCOUNT TIRE ultimately the will find a way to get you, they are ANYTHING BUT DISCOUNT. In addition to taking your money, they will waste your time. Find a local independent, or a chain that is slightly more expensive, you won't be disappointed. read more

I just had two new tires put on my work van. The good: The online shopping experience was easy and went well. The winter tires that I bought were affordable! Once I arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly to me, and I witnessed the same level of courtesy to other people while I was waiting to have my tires put on. They work hard here! It's obvious. You can even watch them through a window. My only complaint is they absolutely are not 'on schedule'. It wasn't just my experience. I continually heard people going up to the counter and asking why they've been there so long and their car hasn't been worked on yet. Now in all honesty, I don't know if any of those people had appointments, but I know that I did. Despite those kind of frustrated questions, the answers I heard were always polite. I will definitely come back. Courtesy and quality products go along way with me! I got here before 10AM when there was only 3 customers and waited over an hour for no one to touch my car and was quoted only 45 minutes til it would be done it hasn't even been moved! I went here because my tire had a tear in it. It was time for me to change my tires anyways, so I got the pricing to change all 4 tires. The price that I got for 4 Pirelli Scorpion Zeros (including installation) was so reasonable that I decided then and there to change my tires at this location. The tires arrived a day after the quoted day, but all things considered in today's world, I think it is expected that some shipping will be delayed. I got an appointment and arrived on time. The technicians started the work on time, and finished the full balancing and installation before the quoted end time. The level of care, great customer service paired with great pricing, and quality of work are reasons I will always use Discount Tires whenever I'm in need of tire work. My wife had a warning light on her Lexus IS-250 today and took it in to check for a low tire pressure warning light. She asked that the car be checked for low tire, walked in to wait in the office. After 15 minutes was told the tires and air pressure were fine and must be a defective tire sensor. She believed the diagnosis and drove the car rest of the day to multiple locations and then home. She asked me to check and the driver side rear tire had only 20lbs of pressure where it should have been 37lbs and all the other tires were down 2-3lbs. Appear, they did a visual check and let the car go as-is without checking the tire pressures. These are low profile tires, but I expect better from Discount Tire to not rely on visual inspection. She could have had an accident or damaged the tires and rims. Lesson learned is believe the Lexus tire sensor and warning light and not the technician unless you watch them check each tire and record down the pressure. read more

So, I have been having a super weird year where my car died, I lost my job; I financed a new car, I got a new job. *phew* Thought I was in the clear, right? Three months into the new-car-new-job, my left front tire gets a leak. Dealership looks at it, and says...yeah, those tires are all dry rot. *sigh* So I go to Discount Tire, and tell them, I can do two today, two next month. They said all four is best, let's see what we can do. Ran credit check, no dice - which I knew was the likely result - six weeks with no-car-no-job will do that to a person's credit. I was trying to make the best of an awful situation, and the floor person (George, who is awesome!) went out of his way to discuss the whole situation with his manager, and I swear I am THE LUCKIEST customer on earth, because they found a way to get me all four tires, so that I'm safe on the road; for what I could afford. I feel really blessed to have ended up here today. They have been so respectful and empathetic and kind! They're putting the tires on right now, I'll see if I can add photos, later. If not, I'll just have to write another review; singing their praises again! read more
