If you can avoid doing business with this shop, please do. In my experience, they take advantage of their customers. They sell used parts at very high prices, and on top of that, they don't do the job correctly. I recently had my brake pads replaced there, but the mechanic installed them incorrectly, which caused the brake hardware to break. When I went back, instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they refused to fix it and even tried to charge me an additional $30 to repair the damage they caused. I was very disappointed by their lack of honesty and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop and suggest taking your business somewhere else. read more

They knowingly installed the wrong rims for my car . Then messed up my wheel hub twice . Then when my lug nuts were breaking they refused my money and said they just don't do that anymore leaving me stuck . Worst tire shop in the sw read more

We have been here a couple of times for different vehicles. The prices are fair and the work is good and quick. If they don't have something they are willing to order it for you instead of sending you some where else. I needed 2 new tires on the front and they even cut my bumper for me because they noticed it was rubbing. Nice customer service. read more

Terrible service and shotty work. I'd give zero stars if possible. 1. Told me I was getting the tire I asked. When I arrived to pick the truck up there was a different name brand tire. Was told the tire I wanted wasn't avaible. 2. I asked the to touch up a few small scratches on one wheel. They proceeded to spray flat black paint on all 4 of my gloss black wheels. These are 24" wheels, not cheap. THE PHOTOS DONT LIE 3. They installed my wheels improperly 4. Did not return my wheel lock key, now I cant install my wheels the right way "Salesmen" wouldn't give me the owners name so I had to go search him down. Found him on LinkedIn. He was no help. Offered a refund. That's not going to cover the cost to repaint my $3,000 wheels I'll be sure to tell everyone how awful this place is via every channel (Facebook, offerup, Yelp, google, better business bureau, etc.) I can find. I hope I save someone the hassle and damaged property I'm dealing with. read more

This place is terrible. The guy who took care of me was a dick about doing his job. I came here because I had been on a spare tire for two days. The guy charged me $60 for one tire, wtf? Then I asked him if he could please put air in all my tires so that everything is even, he said yeah, walked away & never came back. The lady working the cash register had an attitude & tried to get all my information. I mean wtf? I came here for a tire not to subscribe to annoying emails or hand out my address & phone number. Over I wouldn't come here again. I did so this time out of necessity but next time I'm avoiding this place for sure. read more

I have been coming here for years and know the owner. This is my go to place for solid used or new tires. I always strike a deal and typically get tires that last forever. They have a large stock of tires on site but if you are smart you will call in and request they have the tires you like. Tires can be like shoes and most people are picky. The pickier you are the higher the price typically. They have a waiting area inside the shop and a restroom but I can't comment on cleanliness since I have not used it. If the folks putting on your tires are working hard in the heat and making conversation I typically tip them. This place can get crowded and it is best to go early when the party animals are asleep. Aside from tires they all carry wheels for cars and trucks but I already have a nice pair. If you are looking for a missing hubcap just ask them. All in all I get what I need when I come here...Good quality tires that last a long time. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! I bought a tired from this place on Friday and by Sunday I had a flat while driving on 59. I pulled over, and someone helped me put the spare tire on. They were closed so I couldn't go back that day. When I get there, they tell me it's not their problem, and I shouldn't have drove the car on a flat. Are you kidding me!? They sell bad new and used tires. Go with a reputable company that will honor their product. Rude and disgusting people. read more

Don't recommend this place at all. Asked for a repair on my wheels for a dent and curb rash. Had to wait a few days and told id get a call when they where ready. Never got one. I had to call. Inspected the wheels and was very disappointed. Looked as if someone's 12yr old son spray painted my wheels black...... My wheels where not black! I didn't ask for them to be painted. Was quoted 150$ for repairs, when I went to pay I was charged 250$. For what?! Then asked to get the installed. I had to tell the installer how to install them first. Isn't this there job and shouldn't they be knowledgable? I brought in 20 inch staggered wheels. The front are not th same as the rear. Ok so I told them where they are supposed to go. He's done, I double check. He put the back when n the front and front n the back! Who the f*** does that?! So disappointed and will never visit or recommend again. read more
