Bought a refurbished wheel from this shop on Ebay. Wheel was not round. I have the BMW road-force balance results to prove it. This shop does not accept returns and does state that up front. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I approached them with this issue they immediately placed the blame on something that happened after the sale.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I can understand their frustration but again in this case the wheel was off and I was left with a wheel needing further costly repair. Our Tesla had a crack in the wheel well. WC provided quality service, and repaired the well with a weld. Not too many shops are comfortable let alone qualified to work on anything having to do with a Tesla without referring you to the dealership. Seeing as this was emergent for our family vehicle to drive safely, we were given good estimate and a reasonable timeframe for the work to be done. Absolutely the ONLY place to go to get your rims repaired as they make them look brand new. Recently had my Cadillac CT6 in as I shaved a parking lot "projecting" curb which left the outer rim with horrible curb rash. When I went to pick it up it was hard to distinguish between the 3 original rims and the one repaired and repainted. My son just took his 2017 Challenger in as all 4 rims had severe curb rash burns/scrapes. The finished product is amazing. I have used Wheel Concepts over the last three years because I kept hitting curbs. My last two visits with them we decided to powder coat our sons car and my mine. Maybe I was out of my league and this place's niche is high-dollar clientele where money is no object, but the repair quote (machined then reseal with clear coat entire wheel) was as much as me replacing it with a new wheel all together. The quoted turn around time was good though (1-2 Days) and he took the time to invite me in to see their work, which looked very good.
