When I drove home my neighbor noticed something hanging from under my engine. When I looked it seemed to be a plastic shield of some sort. I asked my neighbor where I should take it. Pierson has earned my trust. - My previous mechanic told me I needed new high-end brake pads and rotors right away...to the tune of $760. I called Pierson for a quote (which was $280 cheaper). HOWEVER....upon further inspection, Chad informed me I had over 10k miles of life left on my current brakes and there was no need to replace. Further, he charged me $0 for the inspection. This is an UPDATE from a 2020 post. Two years of taking my car to Pierson Automotive and I cannot express how grateful I am to have found this business. They are the kindest most honest people and I love working with them. I really feel so grateful to have found them. I take my car in regularly, but am always assured that they are looking over everything and letting me know what I need to have fixed or done to my car without feeling as though I'm being taken advantage of. If anything the pricing is always fair and the work to be done is always reasonable. I even had my daughter take her Prius in to Pierson and had it worked on as she had not been taking care of her car. They as ALWAYS did a fabulous job on both her Prius and my Rav 4, but they also work on American made cars and I have sent many a friend to visit them and have work done as well.
