Highly recommend! They were fast, efficient, and friendly! Got a nail stuck in my Mercedes tire and they were able to take me in last minute and plug pretty quick - it was a little less than an hour to closing and super appreciated that they still were willing to see us (I called first and he said come on in). To top it off; the service was FREE! I came here for my own issue because I was driving my managers Range Rover once and her tires air was low - they assessed it quick and just added air. I am highly disappointed with the service here. I brought my SUV in for an alignment, but as soon as I drove off, the vehicle was still pulling sharply to the right. I immediately called and brought it back for a second appointment, only for them to tell me I now needed a camber bolt.This should have been diagnosed and communicated to me during the first visit. Instead, it feels like they rushed through or ignored my car to prioritize higher-paying jobs because I didn't wait at the shop. While I was able to get a refund, they still had the nerve to hand me another expensive quote. This isn't the first time they've provided poor service, and I won't be returning. read more

Nobody will answer their phones here to set an appointment. I called 3x and each time they answered and forwarded the call and I sat waiting on hold for way too long. It's a bummer, we're limited on auto shops around here. Update: They called back a bit later and I did schedule with them. They went above and beyond taking care of all my needs. They replaced the blend door actuator and performed a full oil change on the car plus some other things I wanted them to check out. They worked with me on pricing and Hector went above and beyond making sure communications we're left open and that everything was done to the best standard.
