Reid recently refinished four oversized, low-profile wheels on an SUV I own (learn from my mistake, not everyone is familiar with parallel parking on large, lo-pro wheels... a brief tutorial to otherwise well-meaning friends who want to borrow your car can go a long way!). Reid went above and beyond the call... he spent 60-90 minutes on each wheel, carefully refinishing all exposed surfaces, sanding the rough parts down, priming, painting, and then clear coating. I'm nit-picky to the n-th degree, but Reid's work quality was outstanding and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Both front alloy wheels on our car had minor curb rash. I called Wheel Magic on the recommendation of my favorite local body shop and left a message to book an appointment. I received a prompt callback from Victor and booked an appointment. I met with Adam and his helper from Wheel Magic on the appointed day and time. They were there before I arrived and friendly, professional and courteous. The repair of both wheels was done without removing the wheels and took ~30 minutes. This included smoothing down the rough edges, painting the affected portions of each wheel and applying a clear coat to perfectly match the original. Per Adam's recommendation I let the car sit for an additional 30 minutes for the paint to dry thoroughly and then I was on my way. Great service at a reasonable price! For what more could one ask? The alloy wheel on my new car was scratched up. So I called Wheel Magic and booked an appointment. Didn't really know what to expect. Met with Adam and Brian from Wheel Magic the next day. They were punctual, professional, and courteous. The whole repair session took ~20 minutes. There's no need to remove the wheel or jack up the car. This includes painting the wheel and applying a clear coating to match the original look and feel. Then they recommend that you leave the car where it is for ~1Hr to allow the paint to dry. They did an awesome job of repairing my rear passanger wheel. They arrived on time(behind Barnes n Noble) and completed the job in about 20 mins. I recently purchased a new car and unfortunately just three weeks later, curbed my left front tire and scratched the new rim. :( When I called the dealership, they quoted me $700 to replace the Alloy wheel. Obviously this was pretty upsetting so I went to get my car washed at my favorite place, Classic Car Wash and asked them if their detail department could fix it. One of the employees told me they actually don't fix the rims but that they recommended Wheel Magic. When I contacted them, they were so friendly and very accommodating. I was easily able to set up a date and time to meet with one of their guys to get my rim fixed. I met Reid in the parking lot of the Barnes and Noble store, which I was super skeptical about but he reassured me that he would be able to fix my rim and it would take less than an hour!
