My repair turned out great, but after the fact, I realized the cost of a new stock wheel would have been surprisingly comparable to the repair cost. Aligntechs essentially does it all when it comes to auto work. This establishment specializes in wheel alignments, smog checks, car inspections, and are very knowledgeable about cars in general. With me being extremely clueless when it comes to my car needs, I am in need of someone who is patient, responsive, and open to dumb-ing things down to layman's term for me to understand. I gave Aligntechs a call and spoke to the owner, Sunny. He was very upfront, informative, and helpful when I explained what I needed to have done and in a short window of a timeframe. I really like the fact that he was responsive unlike an other businesses I tried to reach out to. Appointments are not required but do come highly recommended. Depending on when you visit, there typically will be a long wait time due to the business being so popular & busy. Come here being somewhat patient and trust in the staff and the process. Rex was the auto tech who worked on my car. He definitely knew what he was doing and between him and another coworker, they were big on multitasking. The time needed for all my work was long but I anticipated a wait due to not scheduling the work prior. Staff works hard and the long tedious wait is justified in quality work being done. The camber is not adjustable on my car however he did it anyway according to what he told me just to do me favor !!he blamed the other Alignment shop not doing the Alignment correctly.That is a Big LIE .i drove my vehicle noticed my car was pulling to the right. I called sunny i told him car is pulling .he told me the Alignment has to settle.When i called and asked him if I can bring my car my to recheck the alignment last week because ,my was pulling to the right from the date he did a alignment and also because of road potholes I knew the alignment was off.he told me 1st I have to charge you then he said will call you back but he never did. I knew he isn't going to call me because the way he talked to me. I filed a complaint with bureau of automobile against this shop simply he didn't sound like he wants to honor his warranty. I sent him a text again for the last time and asked him if I can make an appointment and take my car to his shop for recheck the alignment. He told me to call his shop. icalled the shop made an appointment for 2/6. The technican was totally rude and disrespectful to me and called me listen "Grandpa" your car is going straight after he test drove my car Sunny arrived and he asked the technican(Kamie) to put vehicle on the alignment rack and found out the alignment was off.he adjusted the toe only but he refused to adjust the camber eventhough he did adjust the non adjustable camber last time. I withdrew my case with automobile bureau . When i got home the same day I opened the driver side rear door noticed big scratch on the door panel. I didn't call him about this because simply he would have denied what his technican did. I took my car to the body shop and have them touch it up. I never going to do business with this shop and don't recommend them to anyone. My car still pulls after his tech did a realignment for the 2nd time.
