Equally easy to search & schedule an appointment that fit me among the various local sites. The automated tracking & reminder ensure I was not late as well as managed my expectation while waited for service. Check-in was easy, quick & personable. The joyful raucous and music playing in the service garage makes me believe the staff are enjoying their work. Ample waiting room space to kick back while waiting for service and completed service quicker than I expected that allowed me time to squeeze in a holiday manicure that I didn't think had time for. The waiting part isn't a big deal, it's the fact that there were a bunch of workers standing around socializing in the garage rather than working. A worker finally came up however didn't say a word just started checking the pressure. At the end, he told me the tires were fine but that was the extent of his update. Prior to his update, I did hear him and a coworker laugh and mock the other person that had been waiting to have their tire pressure checked. I have been to other locations where they send me a tire report to let me know how the health of my tires are doing and actually have good customer service skills. I have been a long time customer and have purchased tires from various locations. I can say that this location has been the worst one. To the manager of this location, please train your employees better and remind them about professionalism.

Right before handing over my keys, I wrapped BOTH of my iPhone chargers together and placed them in the center console. When I got my car back, the newer charger was magically gone while the old one was still there. Then came the gaslighting. Management insisted "no one goes into center consoles" and basically implied I misplaced it myself. Interesting, because the charger didn't grow legs and walk out of my car on its own. If nobody touched the console, how did one charger disappear while the other stayed behind? The most insulting part wasn't even the theft -- it was the arrogant, dismissive attitude afterward. No accountability, no effort to help, just instant defensiveness. Clearly customer trust means nothing here. The price value for their oil changes are probably one of the best in the Santa Clara Valley -- almost cheaper than if you go to competitors like Jiffy Lube or Triple AAA for an oil change. Jesus let me know that recalls usually take 3-4 hours and offered to call a Lyft to take me home rather than my husband having to come pick me up. since I was only there for a recall fix, I didn't expect them to, but was very happy that they did perform their multi-point inspection! this isnt our first Toyota, but it is our first time using a Toyota dealership to service our vehicle. I'm excited to use them for all of our servicing needs!
