Seriously the best service here!! I scratch my rims almost every year and Wheel Masters always gets them looking brand new again!!! The guys here are so nice! They have a nice waiting room and offer cold water bottles! Highly recommend them if you need to fix or powder coat your rims!! Shoutout to TJ for the outstanding and quick customer service! I was in and out within an hour!

Wheel Masters does great work. My wheels were two-toned and in rough shape with curb rash. The prior owner made some poor attempts to hide the damage with paint. Wheel Masters repaired and painted the wheels to perfection. They look brand new. They even painted my center caps to match perfectly.

I can't say enough great things about this business. TJ and Shirley are simply great people. TJ had repaired my wheels in the past but I screwed up my wheels again and was tired of looking at them. So, I finally scheduled an appointment. The price to repair was the same as my prior visit pre Covid and very reasonable. I got a quote from another place that was almost double. He even painted the minor damage on the other 2 wheels I didn't get fixed this visit. The customer service is fantastic and they are such a pleasure to work with.

This place truly lives up to its name! I contacted this business because a curb got in my way somehow and I ended up with curb rash. TJ responded quickly with a quote and time available to get my rim fixed. Upon arrival, Shirley greeted me and explained to me the process that will take place to get my rim fixed.. within an hour my work was done and I couldn't even tell where the curb rash was! I was amazed at the quality, care and attention to detail put forth in taking care of my vehicle! Amazing work! Brought my brand new 2024 Camry XSE in. Pulled a female move and scraped both right rims on a curb! With black rims, I only wanted a pro fixing them! They got me in quick and the owner got them looking like new in about an hour! Super impressed and thankful for his master work I highly recommend them for anyone getting powder coated rims repaired. I will be back to get my calipers custom painted!

I recently curbed a wheel and went on a search for a quick repair. Shirley (probably manages the Yelp page) was quick to respond and was super friendly. She provided times that I could come in and even offered another time as soon as someone cancelled since she thought it might work better for me. Upon arriving to the shop, TJ and his.. (wife?? Maybe this was Shirley??) Greeted me and let me know their shop had a flood overnight. They felt terrible that there were fans all over their shop front and even offered to drive me somewhere since I was on my lunch hour. I kindly declined since I had food with me already. TJ then took the car and got everything done in about 30-40 minutes and the result was great! I would recommend their service If you need anything for your wheels. They did not even press me to give them a review so I wish they had more reviews so that more people would go to them. They are great! Highly recommend!

Husband scraped his rim, so we were in search of a rim repair shop with a physical location (didn't want to anger the neighbors with repair noise!). Wheel Masters responded quickly and was able to get him in within a couple days- I expected their Saturday schedule to be full, and it was. Outstanding Work - Like New Again Wheel Masters did an absolutely phenomenal job repairing my wife's AMG rims on her E-Class Mercedes. All of the rims had significant curb rash, and honestly, I wasn't sure they could be brought back to factory condition--but they exceeded every expectation. TJ performed the work exceptionally well. He repaired some significant curb rash on my Aston Martin wheel and made it look factory new. Awesome work & customer service! TJ did a great job repairing my curb rash on my 21" Uberturbine wheel: I chose to wait there and he got me in & out in less than the time he originally quoted me (30 mins vs 45 mins). Another shop clear across town was charging the same but wanted me to drop it off for 4+ hours so they could repair at their own leisure. Ridiculous, I don't have that long to wait and definitely not paying for Ubers back & forth! Go see TJ! read more

I will ALWAYS use them over a dealer for my exotic car maintenance considering their staff are trained just as much so if not better than the dealers and they are much more personable then the dealer. First issue was a evap and vacuum line repair in my Lamborghini Urus, they diagnosed the problem and provided all details needed to present the case to the seller to fix. The second time, a fuel pump replacement which would have cost $5k+ from dealer with 3+week lead time while the car sits outside, came out to be nowhere near this cost, literally a fraction of it, and done in a couple days. BTW this was a massive issue with fuel pump where it was spraying gas under my 10 year old and pooling up...could have caught the whole car on fire and burned my house down, no joke. Set aside the facts, the staff cares and makes the effort to get things done. Their site came up when I searched best audi mechanic las vegas or best lambo mechanic las vegas because I was in a rush, however seeing that they specialize in all european car repairs in las vegas boom, im locked in. I have some brakes to swap out soon on this lambo and Ill be bringing it here. I only wish I knew about them when I had my BMW as this would have saved me a ton on dealer headaches when i was looking for BMW mechanics in las vegas, not to mention best BMW mechanic las vegas reviews which they have, and the BMW dealer doesnt (facts). If you have an exotic auto, european auto, Audi, BMW, Lamborghini or similar, I recommend going here or you will get jacked around by the dealer. Cameron and his team will tell you how it is, are transparent with the services needed (regardless whether brake service, oil service, fuel pump service, vacuum lines or anything else) as youll know whats involved, parts, and costs. Wanted to move away from 3M film (don't like the purple) and was not crazy about doing Llumar film again. I did some research which seemed to point to XPEL film doing the job. We went with the Plus film which specs to 96% IR and 99% UV rejection. The Plus is a bit more expensive but for us, worth it. While no film will insulate against ambient heat, we already notice a huge positive difference in keeping the heat from the Las Vegas Sun out. I chose 55 on the windscreen and 20 on the other windows. Wife's car was 55 and 35 respectively. The team at XPEL Vegas was professional and efficient. Cars were on time and look great. When you choose a company to tint your windows you want to work with a quality shop with a good reputation and use quality film. Not the $199 jobs that look purple and bubble after a short time. You need to work with someone you trust because a lesser dealer can swap you out for a cheaper film and you would likely never know it. Choose XPEL Vegas, a professional dealer you can trust.

This struck me as odd, given that I take meticulous care of my vehicle: it only receives professional hand washes and detailing, no one has sat in the back seat, and I have no kids or other factors that could cause wear. I had spotted these defects shortly after the installation but was out of state at the time, so I brought the car back as soon as I could, following their advice to report any issues. The shop inspected it and dismissed the marks as scratches or scuffs from dirt, attributing it to the frameless window design being prone to such damage. XPEL heavily promotes its warranty, yet it apparently covers next to nothing in practice. This leads me to suspect the shop uses subpar material as the issue feels far from normal. For context, I own a Jeep Gladiator that I tinted with ceramic film at another shop it's frequently taken off-roading, gets caked in dirt, and shows zero damage to the tint despite far harsher conditions. When I expressed how much these marks were bothering me, the shop offered no follow-up solutions or remedies beyond the ineffective warranty. Given the premium price paid for this service, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid similar frustrations.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now.
