My 1st visit there they were able to do the front wheels sent home and scheduled the rear wheels for another time because they heat burned the rear wheels and wanted to paint them. Got home and noticed my Mercedes Benz cable caps were replaced with typical black ones, called and was told they didn't have them. (Ordered new ones on Amazon) at my expense. 2nd trip worked on the rear wheels sent home, car still shook, (this trip is 2.5 hours) 3rd trip scheduled, drove up waited all day again, was told they needed it overnight, I reminded them that I live in Havasu and had to be at work in the am, drove it home still shook, and I noticed the rear wheels were grey, not silver like the OE front wheels, was told they forgot to balance and to come back they would paint the rear wheels to match the front and they forgot to balance the wheels before they sent me home. 4th trip scheduled, they still didn't fix the round wheel problem, now all my wheels are grey not silver and several of the rivits are missing and the car still shook, I bought new tires, got an alignment in the middle of all this So, 20hrs of road time wheels not fixed and now they are the wrong color, plus a hodgepodge of random lug nuts I wouldn't recommend this place.

I initially reached out to My Wheel Guy for a quote by texting them a pic of my wheel. The whole deal was handled over this text string, which I thought was super convenient. Drop off, walk-around, payment and pick up was a breeze. Everyone was great. So why did I only give them 3 stars? My tire pressure sensory went off on my drive home. When I got home to check the pressures, I noticed my custom black anodized valve stem caps had been replaced with cheap plastic caps. When I reached out to ask why, they said this "regularly" occurs. Let me see if we can find your caps. They found them within a minute. I said, this bothers me they would keep them. The person I was talking to said it wasn't intentional. Because we are working on so many vehicles in a day, things like are "regularly" missed. They said that I could come back to pick them up. After driving home and being in traffic for 45-minutes, I sure wasn't going to drive back 30-40 minutes then to drive back home another 45-minutes for $25 valve stem caps. It's disappointing that this is a "regular" issue. One would think...if this is a regular issue that a better handling process should be created. And if it was theft, that's at an entire different level of disappointment. Some of it is on me for not checking before I left. I'll re-order another set of valve stem caps to replace them. Outside of this small issue...their craftsmanship was awesome. I would have given them 5 stars.
