They jumped on the phone and made arrangements for me with a place they were pretty sure could help me. I drove up there the same day and had all my issues sorted. My point is this: Wouldn't it be great if every business's first goal was a happy customer? My situation was VERY tricky and not-at-all common. I'm sure they can help you with everything you need, but knowing that they'll do what they can, even when they're not going to make a dime doing it??? This is what customer service looks like.
