I got a flat tire on my run flats and it turned out the rim had a crack. The Tire store recommended Wheel Techniques. I called them on Friday and sent a photo of the crack. They were extremely nice and helpful. They said they could fix it and luckily they were open on Saturday mornings which is rare to see. I brought the rim to them the next day and they fixed it in less than an hour even though they were busy. I picked it up and he carried the rim to my car. Couldn't have gone smoother and nice to have someone pleasant to deal with!! I took the rim to the tire shop and I was driving my car again that day. Picked up OEM wheels that are aged, weathered and oxidized. What started off as a plan to sand and paint myself, then morphed to an idea of professional media blast then paint myself to ultimately just go the distance and let the same establishment media blast, correct any wheel imperfections and powder coat. Efrin has been very helpful to make the process seemless, easy and done a great job to take care of me. He has done a wonderful job. He has also done a wonderful job restoring the acrylic portion of the center cap that had a cracked and crazed appearance. The quality of work performed at an affordable price has saved me a lot of work and cost I'd need to perform myself. On a recommendation from my friend i happened to take my car for getting the rims (that had curb marks , scratches) fixed and get them back in shape. Drove my car to their shop and handed over the keys (taking care of the paperwork) and was told that i would get it back in a couple of days. I got timely updates on my vehicle from Oscar (who happened to work on my car, do ask for him when you get there) and they definitely delivered on their promise. The final result was amazing and was kind of a complete flip as i couldn't recognize that these rims were the same one's (obviously fixed now) that i had left at the shop a couple of days ago. They dropped the car at my home and all in a it was an absolute 5* job. There were bend in the wheels on the passenger side which they took care of as well. Definite recommendation if you are out in the market looking for something similar. Do give them a call!!! read more

wife hit something at night highway speed 880 in Oakland. cut thru the sidewall of the front wheel, and made a divot in the rim at the bead area--about 1/2 inch, but kind of deep. tire shops said it might not hold air. the other wheel shop nearby said that was a tough weld. and that welds cost more to fix. )see attached photo) here's something i was told--when you buy a rim on the internet, a lot of times they could be bent rims. even tho many are $100-150. check out their price list sign: sez We fix what other cannot...... he gave me a good price, and said if i liked it, leave a tip. done in less than 20 minutes. they must have amazing machines to do welds, etc. that fast. i left a tip. keurig coffee machine in the waiting room. free wifi. boss man seems to have a young belgian malinois in training..... read more

He has a crew that's focused and dedicated to performing quality work and that's what I received from my BMW 328i. My wheels look brand new now! If there is anything that might be missed, Jacob one of the shop leads will take care of it on the spot. Maria is the first person to normally greet you. She has a pleasant attitude with a smile.
