I just got an alignment done here (in June) for my second time because I got a new steering rack installed on my car a week prior to my scheduled alignment. I got a custom alignment, $175 total. The alignment was good, just my steering wheel was slightly crooked. However, I've noticed within a few weeks my steering wheel started to shake and turning wasn't smooth. Today, I'm working on my brakes and I find out why. Both bellows were extremely twisted and torn and now I have to get my new steering rack serviced and dirt removed from inside. read more

AAA roadside assistance brought me here when one of my tires burst after hitting a pot hole on the 87. The tow truck driver told me it's only of the only shops in the area that open at 8:00 am. So happy my car was brought here because I was able to make it to work and I had the best experience ever! The man that helped me (totally forgot to get his name) was so nice and patient with me. I asked a million questions because I didn't want to get taken advantage of with my zero knowledge on tires lol. They didn't have the tire I needed so he let me borrow a loaner to get to work and told me to come back around 4:00 pm. When I came back, he had the new tire ready to go and quickly swapped them out. During both of the transactions, I waited no more than 10 mins. I feel like he priced me fairly and he didn't even charge me when I went back to take a picture for my insurance. The employee even gave me great suggestions on where to locate the rims I needed to replace for a lower price than the dealership. My tire got a nail today and I searched a tire shop that opens after 6 am. I found Elite Tires and Customer Wheels and called the shop right away. I got there before 10 minutes the shop close, but Misa took care of my issue right away although it was after his business hour. He explained the price thoroughly and fixed the issue. I had same issue last time and the tire shop pushed me to change my tire. Then I found out that later it was fixable instead of changing the tire which was only 10,000 miles on it.
