I just got an alignment done here (in June) for my second time because I got a new steering rack installed on my car a week prior to my scheduled alignment. I got a custom alignment, $175 total. The alignment was good, just my steering wheel was slightly crooked. However, I've noticed within a few weeks my steering wheel started to shake and turning wasn't smooth. Allow me to write one of good reviews for this place... honestly worth going to if you need new tires or need a patching. I was honestly devastated when I saw that my left driver front tire had a big dent on the rubber of the wheel... and this just happened after I got out of class. Thankfully, AAA came to the rescue, and the Triple A homie (his name was Carlos) referred me to this place. Very nice people and very transparent service. They asked me what kind of tires I wanted, and they were very transparent about their prices (even did express delivery from their warehouse which, apparently, I was told, it wasn't too far from my house). They even did alignment for free -- and rotation, which they don't do often at Costco because they're too busy and Costco tends to have a bad reputation for overbooking reservations. AAA roadside assistance brought me here when one of my tires burst after hitting a pot hole on the 87. The tow truck driver told me it's only of the only shops in the area that open at 8:00 am. So happy my car was brought here because I was able to make it to work and I had the best experience ever! The man that helped me (totally forgot to get his name) was so nice and patient with me. I asked a million questions because I didn't want to get taken advantage of with my zero knowledge on tires lol. They didn't have the tire I needed so he let me borrow a loaner to get to work and told me to come back around 4:00 pm. When I came back, he had the new tire ready to go and quickly swapped them out. During both of the transactions, I waited no more than 10 mins. I feel like he priced me fairly and he didn't even charge me when I went back to take a picture for my insurance. The employee even gave me great suggestions on where to locate the rims I needed to replace for a lower price than the dealership.
