I had such a great experience here! Just a heads up--the shop is located all the way in the back after you turn in, so keep driving until you see it. I called ahead to make sure they had the right tire in stock, and when I arrived, Al took care of everything. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and made the whole process so easy. I was honestly in and out in about 9 minutes, which was way faster than I expected. The prices were very affordable, the service was smooth from start to finish, and they took a stressful errand completely off my plate. When looking for tire alignments, I was calling around for a couple of days and found Fierro's. The first time I called the guy who spoke to me said that there would be a cash discount of $80 which made me choose him after the second day calling around. Everywhere else had relatively higher prices and started at $100. I made an appointment the next day and process was really fast. Although i was expecting the same guy to do my service, it looks like there was another handy man to help me do my car service. He didn't speak much english but was pretty fast with the job. Highly recommend Fierro's Tires for quick and efficient service! I've been there multiple times over the years for tire rotations, balancing, and alignment. I also went there for a flat tire replacement in the past. They're always friendly and fast with everything we've needed to get done. The parking lot is pretty small and crowded due to the high number of businesses in that building. Fierro's Tires & Wheels is a great place for tire needs. Seems to be a small, family business. I went in 3-4 mos ago (from today) to get 2 new tires and the service during that time was just as good. This time, I went in due to a flat from hitting an object on the freeway. The guy working there remembered me from the first time. I asked for a specific brand, but he told me that it was quite expensive and not needed for my car (since I only needed 1 changed & recently got new ones months ago). After him suggesting other brands, I chose a different brand which was significantly cheaper. I was in and out within less than an hour, that's with another person before me. All in all, they don't try to upcharge you for the sake of a sale & are very helpful & friendly. They've got a long term customer out of me! Definitely recommend! read more

$45 for a tire patch (which is nearly double the $25 price from just 2-3 years ago), but the staff did a fantastic job and we were in and out in a record 8 minutes. Highly recommend for emergency tire services -- other shops in the area quoted us wait times of 45 minutes to 2+ hours, so super grateful we could drop in and get back on the road so quickly. read more

I stopped by for wheel alignment on Sunday and met AL. He was very kind and aligned my wheels three times. First, after a test drive, he aligned the wheels and noticed the steering wheel was slightly off to the right. I went back and he straightened it, but after another test drive, the steering wheel was still slightly off to the right. I went back and he rotated the tires as suggested.
