Everywhere else had relatively higher prices and started at $100. I made an appointment the next day and process was really fast. Although i was expecting the same guy to do my service, it looks like there was another handy man to help me do my car service. He didn't speak much english but was pretty fast with the job. I went in for an oil change and to ask some questions about the routine maintenance. They were helpful at first but quickly changed the tone of the conversation into serious/urgent to flag "needed" repairs. First they told me that my front tires were balding and close to 1/32 tread, needing replacement almost immediately. I thought this was odd because I replaced those tires no more than a year ago. I don't drive aggressively and I've made sure my alignment was correct. I included photos of both the flagged tires to show they are nowhere close to 1/32. Then they told me that the rear shocks also needed to be replaced because one of them was leaking. I'm aware of what a leaking shock looks like, but I wanted to trust them. I confirmed with 3 other shops that they were fine and not leaking. Together these would have costed me over a thousand dollars in unnecessary repairs, leaving me extremely disappointed and frustrated with this shop. The oil change was fast/proper. I no longer trust this location anymore and think others should be aware of what they're doing

Thankfully I made the visit sooner than later because my tires all measured 10-15 notches as being underinflated by what the recommended levels were. With some help, I was able to add the appropriate air into each tire but came to a road block with the driver side rear tire. Air would not enter, nor would the amount of air measure with the air thingamajig. Naturally, I PANICKED!! I immediately assumed I needed a whole new tire, or worst- an entire set!!
