Most of the equipment is top notch, with the exception of the arm ergometer which really needs to be replaced with a current model. I have done the initial free fitness assessment and orientation to the equipment which was quite complete. Patrons are good at cleaning the equipment after use. In 6 months (about 50 visits) there have only been 2 times when all the indoor treadmills are in use and I have had to use one of the 5 outdoor treadmills. I have not used the other programs offered at this facility yet but do plan on starting a variety of fitness classes in the fall and will evaluate those in another review. I have always found the front desk staff to be polite and helpful.

Not only did she treat us poorly with consistent passive-aggressive behavior and a lack of curiosity before launching into criticism, but she also took the audacious step of giving a tour of the venue to strangers while we weren't present, despite us having already decorated it with our belongings. I cannot stress enough how strongly I discourage anyone from choosing this venue, given my traumatic experience. I will never do business here again. Additionally, they need to address the maintenance issues in the venue. Considering the amount they charge for rent, they should, at the very least, attend to the problems this place has (pictures included).

This library was one of the first libraries to have a play and learn areas for toddlers and children. It has a huge collection of books for children and adults as well as a play area for smaller children. They have computers, outlets available for patrons who need to charge their electronics, and other things to make the trip to the library fun. This was a great experience for our family. We will be coming back whenever we are in the area.

I went here on 6/9 to be seen as I was experiencing severe dizziness for multiple days....bad enough where I should not be driving much if at all but I had no one to take me. I had called first to see if they were busy and found out their answering person was in a call center and not only couldn't tell me if they were busy but also could not tell me whether or not they were located right next to St Louise Hospitsl (fyi...yes they are). Found the place about 1.25 hours before they closed and there was only 2 people waiting in the waiting room. She took my name and told me to have a seat. Couple minutes later she called me up and told me that because I did not have an appointment there was no guarantee that I could get seen today and that I could fill out a form and basically take my chances. If I couldn't get seen they would take my vitals and make me schedule an appointment. Let me begin to say why couldn't the lady on the phone just have told me this? She could have easily told me the place was appointment only. Or have some idea on how their system works since she is their operator! Secondly...why would I want to waste my time waiting there....let them bill my insurance for them to tell me what my temperature, blood pressure, etc is then tell me to make an appointment if I couldn't get seen only to have to come back to get my insurance billed again. Seems like insurance fraud or a way for them to make more money off insurance. Thirdly....I nicely explained my reason for coming in....I should not be driving with how dizzy I am. They were basically forcing me to drive up to the Morgan Hill urgent care which has way better customer service and would have been my first choice if I didnt want to risk a car accident. Care of patients should always come first...not putting someone at risk more so. As someone that works in healthcare myself I will never ever recommend this place to any of my patients

Our guests especially liked the lions going around the tables, greeting everyone before and after the drunken lion and double-stacked benches performance. The performance team also handled the unexpected situation with the outdoor lighting tangling on the lions flexibly and confidently as well, which we really appreciated.
