Ordered wheels on Saturday afternoon, received tracking information later that night, then was delivered on Tuesday. They forgot to include the center caps in the shipment but Alex and Andrew got that sorted out the next day and the caps were delivered the following day (Thursday). You guys are awesome! After a nasty experience elsewhere, Wheelflip saved the day. The Mister had his wheels built here and couldn't be happier. Staff was very accommodating and were able to create exactly what he wanted. They re barreled and re lipped 16 x 7s to 16 x 9s. He was not in any hurry for his wheels. They were done in a couple of weeks. They were upfront with the time frame. Those who complained about how long it took, clearly do not plan ahead. You don't just order wheels and expect them to be done for the show next week. These things take time. Once your wheels are built there is also a really good place in the same shopping center to have them installed. Ask them where to go since you won't find them on Yelp. Plenty of parking in the lot. I needed 4 CCW 3 1/2 X 18 outer rims with 30 bolt holes and couldn't find them anywhere. CCW said it would take a month to produce them. That wasn't going to work for me. Finally I found Alex at WheelFlip. Alex went out of his way to check his storage facility at night and found 4 blank rims for me and then had them machined and polished in under 5 days total, with no up front deposit. He went so far out of his way to help me get back on the track. All I can say is: Great guy. Great service. Best price! I highly recommend. And as to the negative reviews I've seen, they must either be "fake news" or some giant misunderstanding. I will recommend Alex to all my fellow Club racers without hesitation. read more

Later he said it would be shipped that night, stopped responding , but I went to the store later that week when I didn't receive my item and he had it sitting in his trunk, but it wasn't even the right size and the holes were the wrong size. Takes weeks and in some cases months to get items out. When following up by email they will have several excuses if or when they respond. If you call they will contradict what they told you in the email if you are lucky to get a response from them. At the end....it's been months and still no items. i personally had two very good experiences with wheel flip, 3 if include the first time which was actually a 3rd party that marked up the cost, i later found wheel flip was the direct source that did the work on my rare desmond re amemiya wheels. i see others with unhappy reviews but if you followed the history of wheel flip there was an internal conflict of interest between two owners that went separate ways, which i believe happened during 2015. anyhow, my first set of wheels i personally brought over were ssr gt3 wheels. i had 19x10 rears 19x8.5 fronts. ssr gt3 wheels are 3 piece.. but the lip and inner barrel are welded together. i had the front barrels machine cut to separate the weld between lip and inner barrel. now they are true 3 piece wheels so i could relip to 19x9.5 wide. by chance alex had extra used ssr gt3 barrels that happen to have the 3.5" lip i was looking for. bought those for very cheap! my wheels took about 3 weeks due to the severely corroded chrome lips having deep pitting which required extra time to acid remove the chrome and polish. i also had the gt3 faces redrilled from 5x120mm to 5x114.3mm. excellent work! after the first good experience, i dropped off my second set of wheels which took only 2 days. i had rare sizing volk gtv 19x9.5 +6mm 19x10.5 +7mm wheels. one lip was poorly repaired from another wheel shop, they had hammered at the lip to straighten leaving wavy appearance and sanded finished where it was worked on. alex suggested to custom cut and turn these into 3 piece wheels. something that very few wheel shops are able to do, but wheel flip definitely can do! i decided to only have the lips polished to see how it would appear. it came out excellent! the prior ugly wavy lip were now just light dimples inside a completely mirror finish. definitely happy! wheel flip has the best prices i could find, and the work is one of the best in the business. people complain and are upset about slower turn around times. honestly, you have to meet the owner to understand. friendly and calm guy, makes effort to answer all phone calls and questions. price plus quality of work; it's worth waiting for. i've been in the wheel and stance scene for more than a decade, i wish more business were like this. wheel flip is now my go to for wheel refinishing and custom. read more

Horrible service! These guys need to take a few classes in business management. Also, I guess no one ever taught them business etiquette and service. They are horrible at answering phone calls and rarely respond back via email. Looking at their instagram, leads you to believe that they have a legitimate operation going on with an in house machine shop and flow forming/metal spinning machines for their lips and barrels. News Flash, they don't! Everything is outsourced! If you ask them for a particular service, expect to get a response such as "only for special instances do we do stuff like that". My money is just as green as the next guys, I don't need you to treat me or the job that I'm handing you as a "special instance". These guys are a bunch of instagram whores, only willing to work on special cars for the owners of particular websites just to get their name out. They're not willing to work with the average hard working joe schmoe that is willing to pay for good service and parts. read more

Ordered Inner n Outer barrels. Front barrels are different from the rear barrels. Wtf? Then ordered extra 10 Rivets/Nut&Bolt. 3 of the pieces had different sizes. Hmmm, Got to wheelflip at appt time, waited almost in front for 40 minutes, no one at the shop except his dog n lady friend. Comes back with outer barrels i needed. Goes inside Scrambling in office to find the extra 10 Rivets i ordered. He was Rushing n just NOT ORGANIZED n couldnt find the sizes. After 15 minutes. Gives me the bag with Rivets and hands me the Barrels. Sends me home. I get home to find out these horrifying ways people are NOT good at what they do. Altho, i was to excited to go thru all the parts n check if it was to my expectation. Shops still have no shame n honesty while conducting business to the public. I was ripped off. STAY VERY FAR AWAY. WHEELFLIP WILL LIE TO YOU AND BUILD UNSAFE WHEELS THAT COULD POSSIBLY KILL YOU!!! I have personally given this company multiple times over a couple years to make things right. The overall experience with this business is the worst I have ever had. I literally had a wheel they built for me come apart on the freeway next to a big rig. I gave them another chance to make it right so they replaced the wheels with another set that was suppose to be legit Leon Hardiritt's. Well that set had used lips that didn't fit the faces so I gave then one more chance to replace the lips with new ones that fit. Well after a year and maybe 5k of daily driving the face on one broke in half. After pulling it off and doing research I found out that Alex gave me some knockoff wheels instead! So in my experience wheelflip has lied to me and put my life in jeopardy multiple times. Save yourself a world of hurt and never do business here.
