I can't say enough good things about this place. They absolutely saved me. I had a tire blow out on the freeway around 6pm, and I was honestly starting to panic. Thankfully, this shop was only a mile away and still open. They got me in right away, had me back on the road quickly, and didn't gouge me on price either. If you need tire work, especially in an emergency, these are the people you want to call. Highly recommend. read more

Called in advance, gave exact description of what we were looking for. We were told that yes , wheel was in stock. Drove 1hr 30 minutes just to be told they didn't have the wheel. No apology, no remorse whatsoever. She just kept eating her eggroll. Worst customer service. Do better at providing correct information to customers. Doesn't even deserve 1 star! read more

If your truck's been looking at you like, "Bro... when are we getting an upgrade?" then these RBP tires are the equivalent of giving your Tacoma a gym membership AND a fresh haircut. I pulled up to the tire shop and left feeling like my truck could bench-press a Silverado, climb a mountain, and steal your girl--all before lunch. The RBP tread is so aggressive it looks like it wakes up every morning and eats gravel for breakfast. The guys at the shop slapped those tires on faster than I can deny I'm overdue for an oil change. Now my Tacoma drives smoother than my excuses for why I'm late to work, and I swear it gained 3 inches of confidence. read more

I dropped off my truck at 9 am and never received a call for an estimate, I called multiple times and they couldn't give me an estimate or tell me what was wrong with my truck. I picked it up at 6 pm and they tried to charge me $60 for just checking out the truck but nothing got done. Used to love this place read more

Had my wife call for a quote for her scatpack alignment on a saturday, The front desk girl gave my wife a price & when we took it in the guy who did the alignment tried to give a different price saying they never charge what they had told me over the phone. He said the girl does not know anything and he could not charge me what she told me. They eventually gave me the price because it was not our fault. He was just rude and disrespectful saying i was basically lying about that price and laughed in my face. I just hope they all get on the same page with prices & not act like a goof ball when one of the employees mistakes a price. read more

ALL PRICING REVIEWS ARE TRUE!! I was charged $140 for a new tire.. sounds good right? I looked up the same tire later on.. the lowest I'm seeing is SIXTY! Yes $60!! I also asked how much it would be for 2 and of course it was $140 x 2 = $280 I'm looking at a set of 4 online right now for $300.. compare pricing and shop around first if you're not in an emergency! read more

When coming to this place you think you are going to have a good "Blessed" experience. Well that is wrong. I bought my husband 100 spoke rims for our classic car and they had to order them. The order arrived, we brought the car in and they didn't fit. They ordered the wrong size for our car. Now we had to wait another week for the new size. They go to put them on and snap off a lug nut. They had torked them on too tight from the last time and now it snapped right off. And now guess what... that didn't fit. Now we had to go have the wheel well shaved down. We bring it in for a third time and now they say it needs 5 new studs and a new axel. We can't take the car home cause it shouldn't be driven like this. And we still don't have rims. At this point who knows if we will have a car left not to mention rims. read more

I came to this shop recommended by a friend very cheap prices So I went looking for a lift kit. Rim's and tires. I asked for a 6 inch lift kit and was charged for a 6 inch lift kit and what I got was a 4 inch and unName parts Tires were bald with in months. Truck started shaking. So I took it into a tire shop. Tires were never balance never did an alignment So they lied to me and gave run down products. Never again will I ever go there. If to ask for air !! read more

Highly recommend this place. After being on the road all day looking for a certain rim; I had almost given up. I thought I was going to pull up and the same story would be given about misunderstanding what room I was looking for and trying to push a different one on me . Receptionist answered my question so quick that I questioned whether she knew what she was talking about. To my surprise, she was the only one from 10 rim shops that didn't give me false information. I drive by this tire shop everyday for years, so yesterday I figured I'd check them out, I called and asked the price to mount and balance 2 rims and tires, they said 50 for both, why when I get there I get out the car I tell the 3 workers I need 2 wheels mounted and balance, they help me get every out of the car, then the guy inside says it's going to be 70 dollars, I said someone over the phone told me 50, he said you need 1 valve stem and I recommend you replace the other, support local businesses they say, nah I'm good, not this shop read more

A couple weeks ago, my engine on my Challenger went out, I had it towed here for repairs. Everything seemed fine. They helped me out, my car was at the shop for a little while, after why I found out what to do with the car once I decided to get rid of it, I recently went to pick up my personal belongings out of the car because I sold it, I made sure to pay the shop, but to my surprise once I put my sunglasses on, it turned out that someone stole my $250 Ray-Ban's, and replace them with cheap beat up knock offs which are worth about $17, I called the shop asked for help regarding the situation. The girl that answered the phone kinda nonchalantly told me that I'm wasting my time, and that it would be too much work for her to look at the cameras, stay away from this place if they see something of value that they can take, they will. read more

I was born and raised in Norwalk, Ca. I now live in San Francisco. I recently drove down to L.A. for my 60th Birthday. I hit a curb that put a tear in my tire. My sisternlaw told me to go to Bless tire shop. It's where she goes. I'm a Disabled Veteran on a fixed income. They hooked me up. The price was unbelievable. That's why I love Mom and Pop companies. Called about a wheel alignment and they tell me $90 yet when I get there I am told $75 and I go to pay at the front and they tell me they can't do $75 and lowest they will do this time is $80 and tell me to not call again asking about the price and have the audacity to argue with me about the price. I came here again for a tire repair on a different vehicle and they didn't disappoint! I drove up and although it was a little busy, I was immediately helped out. The very polite guy who came to help me checked the tire that needed fixing and suggested that I at least buy a used tire because of the wear on mine. I opted for just the repair and he did not pressure me with any sales tactics. Bless Tires goes above and beyond for their customers! Came in just for a question, spoke with leydy she helped me out and didnt sell. That's a huge difference from other places who push to sell. I left without buying anything but she gave me her business card which the next day I decided to go with the rims that she ordered and custom fitted for my car. Then Enrique who installed my rims came through 100%. He noticed my tires were tearing from the inside again recommended me to change but did not push or force me to do it. He then offered to paint my caliper and change the lug nutts to match the rims. Thank you bless tire I love how my car looks now! Will be back for more! read more

The people working there are very friendly and work pretty quick and efficient. Even though it was busy when I arrived they managed to get me back on the road quicker than I expected. The work that they do is good from a far but far from good. I spent $3500 on tires and rims out of my tires went bald within two months, they claim they did an alignment so I got my tires rotated and three weeks later, the front ones went bald. I also got a lift and the same day. I got home all of my oil leak down. I took it back and they claim to have fixed it and it got worse so oil got all throughout my engine and now it needs to be replaced. I don't recommend them at all and they don't give a fuck when you tell them what's going on read more

First off the owner was rude to my father. They call him el guero or something like that. We took my sisters car to get her tires changed at this place, the next day her tire was flat and the tire was pretty much out of the rim. When my father went back the next day, the guy told him he should bring it over with a tow truck, NO! My dad usually buys used tires, so the owner goes and tells him "well you should've bought new ones, not my fault you bought used ones" well sir not our fault you sale tires that have holes, and don't check them before placing them back on the car putting peoples lives in danger. They were just super rudeeeee. I know I won't allow my father to come here again, they sale you used tires that have holes so you can go again and pay again. It would've been a different situation if they had better customer service and not have such a smart mouth and make their clients feel stupid. Update 01/05/18 You're right, I didn't mention that you guys came out to our house and fixed it. Absolutely right, they did come out to fix it and no extra charge. My star is for the RUDE customer service when my father got there. Yet, not an apology for being rude to their clients. I'm done with this place. When Ceasr finished on my car, he let me know that my brake fluid was not in good condition. He drained my brake fluid and replaced it with new fluid. He explained to me in detail that brake fluid should not be topped off. I had no idea, and apparently, my dad didn't know either, and we had topped it off because it was low. Now, I know, for future reference, that when it's low, I should replace my brakes. I appreciate the work that Cesar did on my car and his communication. I replaced it and it persisted so I bring it here. They took a look at it and let me know my car needed a valve cover replacement, new spark plugs, and to replace the sensor I had just replaced. There might have been more but this was almost a year ago so I don't exactly remember everything we did. Fine, I trust them because this place has been highly reviewed and it seemed very professional. So I spent about $1500 on repairs. Maybe a week later the same code comes on so I'm confused. I take it back to them and it takes days for them to get to the car because their "diagnostic tech" is really busy. Fine. So they call me and tell me that the code I'm getting is because my timing chain is fucked and it's going to cost $4500 to fix it... Which I don't have. So I sit on it for a few days while I see if I can come up with the money or what I'm going to do, before they threaten to charge me a storage fee for having my car with them. Fine, I understand they don't have all the space in the world. So I get to the shop pay their $150 diagnostic fee and try to take the car. The battery is dead. They gave me a jump and I drove home but there was no check engine light. I found it weird and thought it was a fluke. Long story short I replaced the battery, battery cable, oil, alternator and the car is just fine. I've been driving it for almost 8 months. I put in maybe $500 in parts. While I am trying to figure out what the problem is I message them and ask if they charged the battery, or if the battery died on them at all. No answer despite multiple messages. And this is what bothers me you have no problem messaging me multiple times to threaten me with fees but can't respond to one simple message. My point is this shop is shady. They wanted to upsell me on expensive repairs I didn't need. Now I'm not even sure if I truly needed those $1500 in repairs the first time. How do I know it was an upsell? The guy who gave me my car back said, "we just go based on what the scanner says." And that's when I knew this shop sucked. Why would I be charged a ridiculous $150 fee for you to scan my car? Personally that doesn't seem like diagnostic work (at least a proper one). I feel like some of the things I discovered on my own an experienced mechanic would have found. The car had an electrical problem. In between those two visits I took another car to them to see if they could do a transmission drain and fill. I put that in the appointment request and I made the appointment days in advance. When I get there they say they can't work on the car because it has a lot of miles on it, which again is fine but why are you making me waste my time and bring my car to you if you aren't going to work on it. Do you not have someone who checks the following days' appointments? Why does your website allow me to make the appointment if it doesn't meet your shops criteria. All in all I say stay away and find a place with honest mechanics.

I paid for the Freon gas that had a fluorescent dye in case it leaks the next day. The next day my refrigerant was empty again and I took it back and they found the leak behind my dashboard. Which meant the whole dashboard needed to be taken off to replace the AC evaporator. They gave me their bid and a turnaround time of about a week since they wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. On top of that they found that my brake pads needed to be replaced which i let them replace. Overall I didn't go with them for the ac evaporator job since I found another shop that was cheaper and gave me a faster turn around time, however I felt that they were honest and genuinely tried to help me. Nothing bad to say about this shop.

Zeph didn't try to upsell me on items or make me feel inferior for having any questions - he was honest and professional both times, and i look forward to continuing my business with him. all together the service has been stellar and the price has been a great value for the quality of service you get. the photo inspection report alone help put me at ease because i didn't just have to trust the mechanic's word - he showed me, and documented it all.

Neither the remote control nor the power button could open it. Other shops suggested the problem might be with the shocks, motors, electrical wiring, or a combination of these. However, Zeph referred me to the relevant pages in the owner's manual that explained how to turn the PBD on if it was off. By following these instructions, I activated the PBD and was able to open the trunk using both the remote and the power button.
