I never leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience is worth sharing. I brought in four Three-piece wheels to be checked for air leaks. I was told one wheel needed a125 reseal, and another just needed a 25 corrosion cleanup. A few days later, I got a call that the second wheel also needed a reseal. During that phone call, I made a mistake. It was early, I was taking care of my baby, and I quickly said, so it's gonna be 300. He agreed. Later, I realized that didn't match the original pricing. Two reseals at 125 each should have been 250. When I picked up the wheels and brought this up, instead of a professional conversation, I was met with hostility. There was no written estimate to reference and rather than discussing the misunderstanding, I was argued with and spoken to disrespectfully in front of other customers. I was basically told they didn't want my business anymore. I own a business myself, and when misunderstandings happen, I focus on resolving them respectfully, even if I think I'm right, because customer service matters. I paid the 250 because that's what I understood to be correct based on the original pricing. My issue isn't the 50 dollars, it's how I was treated. Respectful communication goes a long way. I won't be returning. Update: When I dropped off the wheels, I watched him write on a notepad125 for a reseal and 25 for corrosion cleanup. Later, when told the wheel didn't need corrosion but wheel needed a re-seal, I mistakenly said300 on the phone. When I came back, I asked to see that original note because I knew what I saw written, but he refused to show it or said he didn't have it. I paid 250. My concern is how the quote changed and how I was spoken to when I asked a simple question. Instead of addressing the documentation, the response turned personal. I stand by my experience and hope for respectful communication in the future. I know what I heard and what I saw written. I just wish that had been acknowledged instead of dismissed. read more

I rarely leave reviews but I have to commend this shop for their customer service, transparency, pricing, and work ethic. I drove an hour and a half for tires at this shop because I got quoted a really great price for some 33 inch Nitto's through their Instagram. I would definitely come back here even though there are plenty of shops near my area because it was worth the 80 mile round trip. They also did my cab mount chop (CMC) so they offer a wide variety of services for off roaders as well. Anthony and his staff are top notch and I am extremely happy with my experience here. Came to this place because I've been looking for a muffler upgrade and found them on social media. Very friendly, hectic but understandable with how busy it can get. The muffler technician did the majority of the welding which was decent (definitely could've been cleaner welds) but I felt like the technician felt rushed due to multiple people lining up. He had a helper do some of the welds on the right side of my exhaust and completely missed a section. Called and they said to bring it in to get it touched up. I hit 50,000 miles on my mustang and the prognosis was I needed 4 new tires. I figured. I was quoted $1300 at another tire company almost half was labor. WHAT? I told them I'd shop around. It was my first time here. I intentionally wanted to go to Pro Tires, which is on the other side of this one, but they were extremely busy and I just didn't want to wait. I was going to go to another place and Siri directed me here. I am so glad it did! I drove in and a guy directed me to drive straight into their lot. A guy name Paulo helped me out right away. I told him that all the tires were replaced (all new) just a month ago and the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) sensor light was on. So he checked all the tires and it was the front driver's side tire sensor that needed replacement. It cost $45 so I told him to go ahead and take care of it. It took about 10 minutes to get it done! I was very impressed it was quick!....considering there were 3 other customers! These guys rock! I would definitely be back for future tire issues! Therefore, I highly recommend these guys! I had a nail in my tire and this place was PACKED with cars in a pretty unorganized fashion but for $10 I was in & out. And my tire is fixed. No longer leaking air. Pep boys or somewhere similar would have probably charged me $50+ and tried to upsell me on some BS. Can't speak Spanish? You might need it. But there's a lot of friendly patrons standing by waiting too to help you out. So don't trip about that. This place isn't for everyone. I had a need for a mobile wheel repair specialist and my wife came across this company. I unfortunately had my wheel kiss the curb on my 2019 Range Rover Sport SC. It tends to happen with me for some reason and I was not happy. Marco was scheduled to repair my wheel at my residence and he was awesome. He called me from right in front of my car which I had put outside for him to access and didn't even need me to come out. No stress at all. Within 20-30 minutes he was done. It was perfect. He even buffed out another scratch that I didn't know was there. So much of this type of service is based on how a company communicates and I can't say enough good things about Marco and Premier. Highly recommend this place! I called about 20 minutes before they closed because I had a flat and the tire shop close to my work absolutely refused to help me out. The young man that answered the phone told me if I was there in 5 minutes they would take care of me... I got there as soon as possible, and was in and out in no time at all. It made my day. Super fast and friendly service from every one I dealt with. And would absolutely come back again! One thing to pay attention to is when you pull in to the parking lot/driveway, make sure you go down the little alley past the red and white building, and turn right to get to the shop. When I pulled in, I immediately parked in front of the big stacks of tires on the left hand side, only to be told they were closing and couldn't help... almost cried til we realized I was at the wrong spot! read more
