There's something wrong with the energy system Everytime power is connected (not using the microwave) the solar drops to 20% The water leaks behind the shower when you're using it For a $56,000 RV. This place is criminal And they'll make sure you come back and spend your money and "warranty" services here My $700 ecoflow solar battery was stolen out of my mini home here. And they threatened to call the police on my elderly mother who speaks terrible English.

It was our third year anniversary trip and we were little nervous about taking a weeklong trip in the RV, but Mika was there for us and even gave us her personal number in case we had any issues on the road. Part 2 of our purchasing experience with LA RV Center and Gary…read more I live in Dallas Texas so inspecting the RV was not option, so we did hour one of the 4 companies Gary recommended. Gary met the inspector on Sunday afternoon without question. Inspection of the RV was about $400 and came to be not necessary. Few little items Gary had taken care of prior to him arriving. the condition from inspector was even better than what Gary advertised "Good Condition" the camper as described by inspector was impeccable, better than new! Even with that my wife and I still hadn't seen it and we decided to take road trip and pick it up instead of hiring a delivery company. -we departed Dallas Monday and Arrived late Wednesday. Gary and his staff was waiting with open arms with smile and a hug! After inspecting and walking thru RV and little paper work we were off for our first adventure on our new RV. I should also mention that Gary Emailed and called to follow up on us while we were driving back home. What class act my friend! We'd been looking online for a long time, but didn't like anything we saw. Gary came out, introduced himself and showed us a 2017 Dynamax Isata 3 (with a Mercedes Sprinter chassis). We loved it! He took the time to walk us though all the features, but it was late, so he invited us to come back the next day for a test drive. Gary is super friendly, personable, professional and no a 'pressure sales' kinda guy, who also got our jokes... He had it all ready for us, and it felt 'right'. After a few days dealing with the bank, we came back to make the purchase, and after Gary went thru a checklist to make sure every function worked, were excited to drive away in our new (pre-owned) RV. I know I've only talked how hipster and cool the cafe is, but let me tell you, the coffee is good as well. I'm definitely coming back. The barista is also friendly and helpful as I'm not a coffee drinker but my GF is. He was very helpful on understanding that I wanted my drink super sweet. Great staff and very cool experience.

Based on how it was handled, it felt like this may have been a known issue, but it was brushed off. When I returned the RV, I was 10 minutes late and was charged a $50 late fee. I understand policies, but that felt excessive given the situation. I also saw a sign in their office offering free generator hours or miles for leaving Yelp/Facebook reviews, which made me question the review process. Based on my experience, I wouldn't rent from them again.

I took up his time like crazy asking all kinds of questions day after day and no matter how much I called at inopportune times he would always answer with a positive attitude and give me the low down on any questions and concerns. He even called me to say that he had put the van aside for me and that people were interested and wanted to offer the van to me first. I couldn't miss out so I finally booked. What a guy. Picking up the Van was great and easy. I showed up and Todd wasn't there but Tom is there working hard to make everything work and polish all the details on the cleaning. He takes the time for the tour, gives tips, friendly and helpful in every way even under the immense heat and more obnoxious loads of questions. On the road: I never had an issue but if i had some concerns or forgot how to work something, Todd would always answer or call back shortly after. I felt safe knowing that the Van is very well maintained and that I had someone REALLY there if I needed it. The Pleasure Way Vans that are available are top of the line comfort for these camper vans, and it was really enjoyable to travel in it. We did 3500 miles and did amazing things and stayed at amazing places. All this trip wouldn't of been as special without our home on wheels. We got "Freddie" and had absolutely everything we needed and made our travels so much more fun and convenient. We stopped in places we didn't plan to stop before and was probably where we had the most fun. From Lake Havasu, to Grand Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and ending our trip at Zion. We would look for campgrounds that had water hookups and pay a small fee of 30-50 the night, but it was worth it since we didn't have to unload or load up our cars - it was all in our van. I would recommend getting a small stove to make your food, but other than that everything was PERFECT. I had a great time and will 100% be recommending wade and his campervans to any of my friends who enjoy traveling and road trips just as much as I do. Looking forward to booking more trips with sunstorm vans and making more memories.
