The rv was clean, and ran like a champ. The AC was strong all weekend and helped us during the 100 degree heat. It had everything you would need for a festival weekend: from pots and pans, full gas and LP tanks, chairs, rugs, and even came with two tv's and bluetooth sound system through out the rv inside and out. The streaming ran off my cellphone hotspot and had great service all weekend (thanks Verizon). Another bonus was Nika was at the festival so if you needed help with anything she was there for you. Talk about concierge service!

We'd been looking online for a long time, but didn't like anything we saw. Gary came out, introduced himself and showed us a 2017 Dynamax Isata 3 (with a Mercedes Sprinter chassis). We loved it! He took the time to walk us though all the features, but it was late, so he invited us to come back the next day for a test drive. Gary is super friendly, personable, professional and no a 'pressure sales' kinda guy, who also got our jokes... He had it all ready for us, and it felt 'right'. After a few days dealing with the bank, we came back to make the purchase, and after Gary went thru a checklist to make sure every function worked, were excited to drive away in our new (pre-owned) RV. My husband and I slept on the banquette dining area that converted easily into a bed for two, and my kids slept on a folding couch that magically turned into a bunk bed. Based on how it was handled, it felt like this may have been a known issue, but it was brushed off. When I returned the RV, I was 10 minutes late and was charged a $50 late fee. I understand policies, but that felt excessive given the situation. I also saw a sign in their office offering free generator hours or miles for leaving Yelp/Facebook reviews, which made me question the review process. Based on my experience, I wouldn't rent from them again.

It's easy to drive and all the functions work amazing. The RV was perfect and definitely wanna do it again . Having your own restroom, kitchen and place to sleep all in one place was so convenient and perfect. RV camping all the way! Here are my top experience with the RV aka Big Bertha. TV in the back helped with the long trip because my wife and daughter enjoyed some movies (DVD player only so dust off all the classics). Microwave & 2 top stove was great for cooking. The awning saved us during some rain. The Furnace at night keep us nice & warm (I suggest keeping the top fan on and open since it runs off of propane) All the storage space was perfect for blankets, luggage, and dish ware. The fridge was a perfect size for breakfast, lunch and dinner. :) The back couch turned into a super comfy King size bed that fit us 3 just fine with some extra elbow space. We took "Slim" up to Sequoia National Forest and it was the perfect home away from home in the woods. Despite being loaded with gear, the van had a lot of get-up-and-go on the freeway and handled surprisingly well on the twisty mountain roads. The van was basically brand new (lucky us!), and was fully stocked with all the essentials. The bed was super comfy and the house battery never dropped below 85 despite us being parked in a wooded area for most of the trip. We found the 20 gallon fresh water tank was the perfect amount for about 4 days of dishes and misc. But you could definitely stretch that if you're careful. Wade is a gracious host and his service is very responsive. He coordinated with us for pickup and was flexible on the details, and even let us know that we'd left some items in the van. Would highly recommend Sunstorm Vans!
