I went in this place for the first time and I've never met such an unenthusiastic and unhelpful budtender! As a first time patron, I'd expect at least some help navigating where stuff is or a quick question to see what we were in the shop for. I asked about edibles to with they responded, yes they have them and just stared back at me. Did not lead me to the edibles, nor did they even try to make a suggestion. It felt very uncomfortable. Delivery needs to be better. I've ordered three times and there's always some problem and I can't receive my order. First two times there were no drivers in the late afternoon but they don't let you know that on the website. There's should be a proper window for deliveries. I ordered for a 9 am - 11 am delivery because I have work at 12. 11:30 and no call or message, finally they answer the phone after 4 missed calls. Absolute worst customer service ever, and they sell products that they know break on customers. I bought two Big Chief cartridges, both different kinds, and BOTH fell apart on me within two days of use. WHAT?! I called to talk to an associate and the girl who helped me was not very smart in telling me honestly that they get complaints about these cartridges breaking all the time. So..... why the heck do you still sell them, and sell them at premium price, Wheelhouse? Unbelievable. FYI, if you have this issue, you can't get a refund or exchange for a different brand. In this case, apparently I *had* to replace with other Big Chief cartridges. Is this a joke? Why would I want cartridges from the same brand when they flawlessly fell apart, one after the other? -_- Never, ever, ever, ever purchasing from Wheelhouse ever again. I used a coupon and it was $50 but $50 wasted, at that. Severely disappointed. read more

I do not recommend, I could get the 2 raw gardens for 75$ out the door but here out the door it's 99$ and that's even with there 30% plus it's 4/20 and all they did was give 30% no free joints nothing to make you feel like you got a deal.
