Their food truck was at Jordan School District's Wellness Day and I was delightfully surprised that the mushroom taco was my favorite! Delicious!! I also had an Al Pastor with pineapple that was divine. The 2 others (they were so busy & popular they ran out of chicken & Birria) I had were Carne Asada & Carnitas - both were really good. 10/10 would recommend! My boyfriend and I stopped by today and ordered some quesa-birria, carne asada tacos, and chips with guacamole. Our tastebuds were in heaven! Aldo and his wife are so nice (as well as the other employees working there). We loved the atmosphere...the music was great and they put up a tent to keep their customers in the shade. Where's Aldo serves solid tacos that are priced outrageously high. I forgot to take pictures on my visit, but these authentic street tacos are only 3-4 bites big, yet cost $2.50 per taco. The quality of the meat was good, the flavor was fantastic, and the salsas complimented the tacos nicely. But know that in order to walk away not hungry, you probably need 4-6 tacos. read more

The meat was ok and the people were nice. But the tacos are dry and need more salsa or sauce. They only had 2 thin sauces available- Serrano tomatillo (which was good, but didn't go with every meat) and something habenero (which didn't have much flavor, just spice). The chicken and Al pastor tacos were good and the fruit salsa gave them some flavor, but without a good sauce or salsa that could be added they just fell flat. The meat wasn't moist and flavorful enough to stand on its own (especially with dry tortillas) and there wasn't good salsa to add- fixing one of those things would make the tacos much better. But there are better taco places nearby so we'll stick to those. read more

They were next to my work so I stopped by. I got 2 street tacos, one Al pastor and one carne asada. The Al pastor was my favorite and was really good. The carne asada was pretty good as well but the least favorite of the two. I also wanted chips and queso but they said the queso was a bad batch so I settled for the mango salsa. The mango salsa was a big disappointment. It has mostly onions and all I could ever taste was onions. I even just picked out pieces of mango to eat with the cups and all I could taste was onions. Avoid the mango salsa. The chips tasted homemade and were really good. The employees were all nice. I'll try the quesadilla sometime too if they are close again. read more

I've been to this truck a couple times while they've been in Centerville. They have delicious Carne asada tacos but that's about it. Sadly, their tortillas are store bought which is a big indicator that they don't care about being authentic by not having real corn tortillas. Their Al pastor also is not even close to being authentic either. It's literally red dyed meat and you can tell by tasting it. Yuck! I'd recommend trying House of corn in sandy or Al caberito in Rose park for real authentic Mexican food. There tortillas in both of these places are made in house! read more

We had their food truck come to a car show event at my daughters. It was well received by the crowd of people who came. We as family ate several of their food items that they had to offer. So I finally tried this place today in research park and it was... ok. First off, the menu I found online was different than the one here, so it was more expensive than I thought. I got the quesa-birria. I liked the amount of meat they put on, but the meat could have used more flavor. The tiny little thing of consume was basically lightly colored water, had very little flavor, and was filled with onions making it hardly any of the actual consume for dipping. I've tried birria tacos from a lot of places and this one was pretty underwhelming. Also, I was charged extra for more cilantro and onion, which honestly is just SILLY lol seeing that most taco trucks leave that kind of stuff out for you to put on. And the mixture could definitely use more cilantro in it. I won't be back just because it was not worth almost $14 for 3 tiny tacos and a tiny bowl of consume. read more
