The rest of the staff is very friendly and you can tell they are passionate about caring for the pups. They take any instructions you leave them seriously (such as feeding instructions, specific care, etc). The property is absolutely beautiful and you can tell the design was very intentional and made by someone who loves dogs. Every time we pick up Nugget she acts as if she doesn't even recognize us! She has so much fun and I love getting to see her photos of her time here--she always looks so happy and even makes a couple of new friends. This really is a special boarding facility; it is unlike anything you'll find anywhere else and it is so worth the drive. You really have to see it to see just how impressive the property is. P.S.: if you have a very anxious dog with severe separation anxiety, it's probably best you don't leave them at ANY boarding facility. Consider an in-home pet sitter instead.

Too "dangerous".. I was DESPERATE... After yelping and a few phone calls, I called these guys. Let me say... The woman who answered the phone was just marvelous. I was at my wits end. Panicking.. My husband and I haven't slept in a couple days. Living separately for a couple of days.. My poor puppy was on edge.. I didn't know what to do. The woman I spoke with eased my spirit in more ways than she could ever know. A half hour later... After getting his shot records we drove to Bothell... At first.. I was skeptical, mostly because I've never been away from my puppy... My husband took him in. Had a mini tour. Purchased extras. Walking. Play time.. Blankie and meat and rice. We were relieved... He was safe... We could stay in the hotel and sleep... Until our paperwork was signed. We were without my pup for 4 days.. We called daily and was given a report on him, I felt like a bad dog mom. Finally. My puppy came home... And he was HAPPY. he got bigger and was less aggressive now than when he went in for boarding. I am so happy that I found this place. My puppy is happy and was safe while we figured out our paperwork.. I am entirely GRATEFUL for this place for giving me peace of mind and HELP when I needed it the most. THANK YOU!

We didn't think much of it. Stuff happens. 2nd was the worst ear infection I have ever seen. Clearly bloody outside and inside his ear. He was crazy scratching. Neither of these visits did we get a call from them letting us know so we could take action earlier. Our dog was clearly not walked or looked after on either of these visits. Unfortunately we will not be returning, and I recommend that you try another place first.

First of all, there are not enough stars to give to this program and Maggie. Maggie deserves 10 stars or more! It is never an easy decision in selecting a trainer, especially someone who will care for your new puppy in her home for 30 days. I am in the Bay Area and the breeder for my puppy was in Arlington Washington. The breeder mentioned Maggie and that she heard great things about her. We thoroughly checked out Maggie and made the decision to utilize her services before we even met our new puppy. Henri went from the breeder to Maggie's arms. This was the best decision my family has ever made. Not only was Maggie professional, but she has such a caring nature the moment you speak to her. She made us feel at ease day 1! We received constant communication, videos and pictures of our sweet Henri and his training progress. Maggie was able to add in her caring touch so that Henri quickly felt comfortable and at home with her. Henri's progress was impressive as seen in the training videos she sent us regularly. Seeing his tail wag and obey her commands melted my heart as I knew Maggie was someone special and we made the best decision in selecting her. Our boy needed some extra medical attention with something he had acquired before being sent to Maggie. She was able to take on this extra task with numerous vet appointments. It always gives me anxiety when I take my dogs to the groomer and they throw them in a kennel and they stay there until they make time for them. Neither one of my dogs go into kennels and when I bring them to Melissa they have a scheduled time, she is always ready and they have a scheduled time that I pick them up and they are very happy. My cat is very afraid all of…read morethe time and I was afraid of him sitting in a cage all day just shaking from hearing barking from dogs being boarded. They only take cats and they are never in a cage, they each have a little room, usually with a window and a little tree or something to climb and scratch. Nancy fell in love with my boy Liam and he allowed her to brush him and seemed very happy by all the pictures I got. You hear of all these sitting services never showing up to feed or play with animals and my family had a tragedy happen when a boarding service kept our dog in a cage instead of the run we ordered, and something horrific happened so I will forever be scared. Nancy understands how much we love our cats and how worried we get for our little bundles of dopamine. I will always recommend Snuggles! The house is clean and well looked after and there is clear plexiglass between the kitty rooms and my cat just stared at the other cats. No fights or hissing.
