I decided to go with them because they had the cheapest prices for the rims I wanted. I met with Rudy, who seem cool. Rudy did a lot in the beginning to help with trying to find me some rims for my truck. It was a hard find due to the type of truck I have. It was frustrating being told to come back to the shop or sending me across town to a shop he said had rims for me only to find out the rims did not fit. Finally I went back to the shop after being sent 40 miles from my house to see what is the next option. Mind you I already paid money for rims that we thought would fit, but did not fit. Rudy told me, "If there is any extra cost, don't worry about it because you have been patient with us." So I met with one of the managers or assistant general manager by the name of Keith. He seemed cool as well and seem as if he wanted to help me. After being there for 4 hours, because they are hella slow, they finally ordered me some rims. THERE WAS NO TALK OF AN ADDED COST! I called periodically for 2 weeks and I was always told they would call me back after they check the eta, but no one would call back. Finally after 3 weeks Rudy told me the rims are in. Rudy NEVER told me there was an extra charge of $328.00 due to the rims were a little more expensive than the ones I purchased. I went to the store and Rudy was not there. I arrived at 11:30am and he pulled up at 12:30pm. I was there for an hour before the manager tried to put the tire on the rim, but didn't look like he knew what he was doing. So he took the tires and rims to the shop in Marietta. After 2 hours of being there, Rudy finally began on the paperwork and told me there was an extra charge. I told him bullshit it is. He tried to tell me he told me on the phone and I told him he never mentioned an added cost. He then called Keith whom I overheard on the phone tell him he told me there would be an added cost when they ordered the rims. I said loudly he did not tell me there would be an added cost. He then said loudly I was lying. Bottom line is if you want to deal with laziness, lies, no staff, bad customer service, then that is your place.

Conveniently, that tire is now "out of stock" so I can wait 3-4 hours or pay for a higher priced tire and pay again for another warranty. Be very aware of this predatory practice - if it seems fishy, it usually is. When you hear the sales people bragging about adding on extras, like over-priced windshield wipers, you might be in the wrong place. Gotta get back on the road - so paid their price, but very questionable practices going on at this location. Be aware!

The parking lot is kind of small so it can be tricky to get in and out of. You will find the tire shop located next to the Truist (previously Suntrust) bank. My husband recommended Vick Tires because our usual tire place closed at noon on Saturday. They were pretty busy with 3 cars in the parking lot when we arrived. It took about 45 minutes to get the tires replaced and balanced, but the staff was very friendly. I appreciated being able to get new tires the same day. I was also happy to hear that I was warranted for 60K miles, since I purchased new tires. This location sells used tires also, but did not have them in the size for my vehicle. Overall, I would return to purchase new tires, but they do not offer alignment, so I will need to do that soon with my mechanic.

They used a satin finish that didn't match the finish of my other wheels. The tech actually claimed he "matched the center cap," which is a different material and color than the wheel face, and told me the paint "needed time in the sun" to change texture. Safety Issue: After the second attempt, the paint chipped immediately, causing a leaky tire. When I called to report this, the receptionist said chipping paint wouldn't cause a leak, which isn't accurate when the chip is on the bead seat. Avoidance & Dishonesty: I called on Monday and was told the manager, Sylvester, would call me back. I waited a full day and never heard a word. I eventually had to call corporate just to get the GM Sal's number to get any movement. The Interaction: When I finally went in for a refund, I ended up speaking directly to Sylvester. He claimed he never called me back because he was "working nights," even though the staff had confirmed he was on-site during the day when I originally called. I accepted the refund because I no longer trust this shop's honesty or technical ability. One of the tires sold to my son is about to pop...it's only been 2 wks (February 2nd). The business has not agreed to replace the tire and feels like one week is a good enough warranty...that's bad business to not try to work with your customers. You knew you sold me a bad tire why not jus replace the tire or offer a discount but to tell me it must be my car is ridiculous, so should I expect the other tire to go bad as well? What if this tire pops while my son is driving? You might want to post your ridiculous warranty where people can see it too...I will be posting this all over Marietta!!
