Neither of us had ever been in a helicopter before so it was just a really cool different experience. If you have the money, you can actually rent one of their jets for $10,000 an hour. He said it has enough fuel to take you to Europe on one tank. I'm wondering who can afford that but it sounds pretty amazing. I booked this last month 9/30, to be exact. I understood that any weather events etc. may result in a reschedule and I was willing to take that chance. I called the 677-2700 number the day before to confirm we were good to go and was greeted with a voicemail that said for a faster response to text that same number and I did, no response, I should've known, I never received a return call to either the call or text and was told they had no record of either when we showed up for the flight (has that ever happened to you? Not me and I live and die by my phone for work). I have screen shots of all these calls and texts. I called another number (the day of) listed on the confirmation receipt that went to voicemail after three rings and again another text that said they were on another call and to text for a response, this was one hour before flight time, no response. I called and called again only to get a text, finally, that the plane was in maintenance and i would have to reschedule, 20 minutes before our scheduled flight. My drive was two hours plus in Atlanta traffic ONE WAY for this. The suite they give you at the airport has almost zero mention of this company and there was no one there, I was told by the person (that never gave their name) that they had purchased the company from the prior owner with all the details of the squabbles resulting from this change in ownership. I don't care about any of that. Ask yourself before booking with these folks, I presume a loved one will be 10k plus feet in the air with you, would you trust them with that responsibility? This booking is an automated process, they have my email, my cell number, about anyway you could hope to contact me. If you're going to tell me the plane is in maintenance, wouldn't you, as a business owner, look at what you have booked and contact those people in advance to inform them given this was known well before? So I ask you again, do you want to be in a plane, with a loved one owned and operated by people that conduct their business in this manner? If you do, I pray for you. Maybe my girl and I dodged a bullet but they ruined something for someone so special. I ask you to look at the prices, this is not a cheap endeavor and in this day and age to not be able to communicate effectively is inexcusable. This is not a traveling fair, this is serious business so take this for what its worth. Hit me up if you want/can, I'll share all the texts. In the week leading up to the flight, I called five times to try to get details; not once did they call back. The day before, I called to check in and again no one answered. I left a voicemail. Just 15 minutes before the flight time, the plane was nowhere in sight and I got a text message that they cancelled it because they hadn't heard from me! After responding with proof that I had checked in, they then claimed that the plane was broken. To top it all off, they didn't even offer a refund. It ended up working out because I called ahead (so be sure to do that!), but I think that they should have been more clear in the confirmation in case I hadn't called ahead. Also, they forgot to give us our champagne, though we were not early for the helicopter flight due to the fact that our original time was supposed to be later (and this mistake was never acknowledged). Also, with the company knowing this was a special occasion, this was never acknowledged which would have been nice. Overall, you get a solid helicopter ride and a good time, but I don't feel like the logistics are all there.

However, when he attempted to redeem the voucher, he was told an additional ticket had to be purchased in order to fly -- something that was NEVER clearly stated on the voucher or during the booking process. When I called to get clarification, Francisco informed me that I was basically "SOL" unless I purchased another ticket, which completely defeats the purpose of the gift voucher. I then asked about a refund and was told the purchase was nonrefundable, despite there being no clear disclosure of that policy either. Things only got worse from there. When I requested a corporate address and phone number, I was referred to a Chicago office. I called six times and was repeatedly hung up on. When I used a different phone number, someone finally answered -- only for me to be left on hold for 1 hour and 50 minutes and counting. This entire experience has been frustrating, misleading, and completely unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. At this point, I am hoping for a resolution, but if one is not provided, I will be forced to report this situation as a potential scam due to the lack of transparency and inability to reach anyone for proper support.

The skyline views, covered pool, live music, poolside Wetbar service, we spent more time than we thought we would at the pool. The hotel also offers a day pass access for the pool so you don't have to be staying at the hotel to enjoy their rooftop pool. We had every intentions to get dressed up and go eat at the restaurant Local Motives that's conveniently located inside the hotel but we were so exhausted from the pool day that we ordered room service & binged watched a Netflix series. Oh yes they have smart tvs in the rooms so you can access any of your streaming platforms. We'll definitely be back for a stay or even just for a night out in the city to eat at the restaurant & enjoy the Living Room LIVE afterwards.

It was cold and windy that day; luckily, the trolley was heated, and the weather did not affect the tour. This tour is a great deal, priced under $40, to get a detailed overview of the main neighborhoods in and around Atlanta. These days, you will pay a lot more to drive around in an Uber or Lyft, and you won't get a tour guide giving you the history behind the landmarks you will see. The only stop made on this tour is at the Martin Luther King Jr. Center. You will have some time to explore the Center, but not enough to see everything in this area. Ebenezer Baptist Church is next to the Center, and the trolley drives by MLK Jr.'s birth home. At the time I visited, the home was temporarily closed for renovations. For a more in-depth tour of the neighborhood, you will need to return on your own.
