I was never given an estimate on how long the order would take, nor was I given the opportunity to place my own order. I was left standing there with no communication at all, which was frustrating and unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and repeatedly responded with "for what?" I had to ask multiple times (around five times) before she finally gave it. That kind of behavior only added to the already negative experience and shows a clear lack of accountability and basic customer service. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Basic courtesy, communication, and professionalism go a long way, and none of that was shown here. I hope management addresses this because it reflects very poorly on the business.
