Decor is pretty, the matcha is pretty good, i side eyed it at first but after a few more sips it tasted good. The creme brûlée donut was sooo sweet but so good ! The cream was soft and airy. Melted in my mouth like butter (8/10) but then i ate it the next day after having it in my fridge and it tasted even better ! 10/10 , i would get this again. The raspberry creme roll (8.5/10) was really good too ! It was less sweet than the creme brûlée donut which was perfect for me. It was rich, the cream itself was delicious and fluffy and airy. A lovely place to spend your day. They serve great coffees, awesome desserts and snacks. And let me say they have very friendly and cooperative staff. Trust me I didn't even know that it's such a cool, tasty and full of variety place. We had Korean iced coffee, match latte, garlic croissant (they even warm it up for you), and the sweet long donut. Everything tasted so good. They have a huge variety of both sweet and sour items that you can pick on your tray and go on checkout desk. They also do cakes and I spotted some cool ideas already for an upcoming birthday party. They also huge dining space, and three open conference rooms for 3 and more people. And I couldn't stop admiring the ambience, soft music and lights, beautiful greenery, lovely aroma as you step in and people dining there are very nice too, a few were working on their laptops, doing work calls probably on the corner- a lot happening but nothing loud. I ordered a hashbrown pastry, strawberry bite, and tiramisu tart paired with a caramel macchiato. I then ordered a raspberry almond croissant on the way out to enjoy later. I loved everything except the tiramisu tart. It almost tasted like the crust was burnt? But everything else was fabulous! I especially loved my caramel macchiato made with Lavazza espresso - delicious!! The space was great with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. We really enjoy the pastries and desserts at Paris Baguette, and their matcha latte is genuinely phenomenal. They have several locations in Collin County -- so it's convenient to visit. However, the prices are definitely on the high side, and it's hard to justify going often. They do have a rewards program, but earning 300 points (about $300 spent) just for a $5 coupon doesn't feel worthwhile. Because of that, it ends up being more of an occasional treat than a place we can visit regularly. Overall, great quality but not great value. read more

You open 8am and based on your location you'd be catering to those commuting. On the weekend, you open also at 8am but here's the kicker... you don't have 80% of your pastries out and ready until after 10am. What am I missing? The tiramisu tart tasted exactly like the cheese tart and nothing like tiramisu so that's a thumbs down. Pastel de nata wasn't very good, but was edible. Tasted like condensed milk in phyllo dough. I usually would get a coffee and try a new pastry or cake. They're beautiful but almost always very stale or have an off-putting aftertaste. The prices are quite high as well, but that's common everywhere now. I only go for coffee these days. It takes quite a long time for your order to be ready, but they have really good seasonal drinks. The service is also meh, but nothing offensive. The shop looks great and has a lot of seating. 85 degrees may not be as aesthetically pleasing, but they're still my favorite for breads, pastries, and cakes. read more
