Transparent pricing is the bare minimum for any business. When I questioned the unexpected charge and asked to pay the original price, the owner Tali was extremely rude and started yelling at me. What bothered me even more was the judgmental attitude. During the conversation, I felt criticized by Tali for sending my dog to professional training, which had absolutely nothing to do with his grooming appointment. As a paying customer, I expect respect and transparent pricing, not a rude owner with personal opinions about my decisions as a pet owner. Due to the lack of transparency, poor demeanor and judgmental treatment, I won't be returning or recommending this establishment.

Not only did they trim his nails, they also took the time to file them, which made such a difference. They were very reasonably priced, which was another big plus. But what really stood out was how caring and attentive they were.
