So disappointed. Paid for 1 hour delivery alsonpre tipped for the driver I felt. 2 hours later tracking app still did not say my arrangement being crafted let alone delivered. I called. They confirmed order, but advised did not have any drivers. So for 2 hours a service they coukd not provide was known. I could have made a different choice. This was an Im sorry gift. It was reasonably urgent and failed. After may call they at least updated the app. It is my guess location manager or owner not there and staff has no training in the need to communicate the inability to provide the service someone paid for. It is now hour 3 and still not out for delivery. No discount on product. No ability to remove top. They offered to drop delivery fee to regular not 1 hour. Really. I coukd have bought a dozen Duck Donuts and had them delivered by Lyft for half the cost and they would have had them with less stress. I will never use this facility and now that I see a 3.1 for entire company I can see why. Each time I say to expensive but its special and now 3 times 3 stores all failed. read more

If I could put no stars, I would!! We received a fruit basket as a "Thank You" for helping our neighbor get unstuck from ice and snow in driveway. Very sweet - they didn't have to do. But I need to say that Haymarket Edible "threw together" the worst rotten and unripe fruit basket. What a mess. I feel bad our neighbors spent money on this stuff!! Leaving the Chiquita label on the bananas and strawberries mostly white then red. Where did they get this fruit - Walmart!!! Good Grief - what a shame!! I won't use these folks unless they get more serious about providing something more edible then inedible. Edible arrangements are extremely expensive. Even in CA, the fruit was not always ripe. We found the chocolate banana box was the best but you can dip bananas at home. I have to say that I was very excited to see this place, then I saw the prices went up to $36 for a box of bananas?! eek read more

Outrageously overpriced. Ordered on line for next day pick-up and received a notice the order was ready. Stopped by to pick it up and took 10 minutes for someone to even come out of the back room. When they finally did, was told she couldn't read the order so I expanded the view on my phone and handed it to her. She went to the cooler and said "it's right here" as if she expected me to have gone in and picked it out in spite of a sign saying ask for assistance. Answered my questions politely and didn't exactly give me a time (delivery person has many orders). I was fine with it as long as it got there today. We ordered 12 chocolate covered strawberries and unfortunately the strawberries went bad very quickly. BUT! PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THIS PART - - I contacted them and let them know about how disappointed we were and not only did they not question it they fulfilled our original order again and also gave us an assorted fruit sample dipped in chocolate. Both were amazing! It's rare nowadays that a vendor will go the extra mile or provide such a wonderful "do over" as an offering. Of course, we will use them again. This location is horrible. I truely mean horrible. My husband ordered an arrangement for me for Valentine's Day and I NEVER received it. In fact, I just at 1:50pm received a call about it. They blamed it on a system overload due to the amount of orders. My husband attempted to call the location, but no on ever answers and the voice mail was full. The gentleman that called was not even apologetic about the situation. I would be bending over backwards to make it right. He did not even care. I am incredibly disappointed. I placed an order online setting a pick up for 6pm. I came by the store 5 minutes before 6 to find the Open sign lit up and all the lights in the store lit as well. I read the instructions on the door asking customers to call the store for curbside pickup to keep with social distancing rulers. I called the number and was on the line for 5 minutes before I looked at the door and noticed another sign saying the store's hours were adjusted to close at 5pm. This confused me, since the lights were all lit and the Open sign was still on. I tried knocking on the window for a very long time but didn't see a single person inside. I even drove around back and tried knocking on the back door. I could see my order sitting in the fridge up front, too. 20 minutes later, I am leaving very frustrated That my sister's birthday dessert is ruined, and at a time where birthdays in quarantine are already bad enough?? One employee finally arrives at 0810 to open and tells me that I can't place an order, because the customer service rep isn't here yet and to come back at 0845. This was the worst experience I have ever gone through. I had a 2:30 pick time for Valentine's Day. I ordered on Tuesday and paid in full. I got there at 4:00 to pick up. Waited until 5:00 in line to them be told my items were not ready. I left without my items after waiting 1 hour in line outside in which cold.. Had a change to my order and the store was nice to deal with and very helpful. Received delivery of Get Well fruit arrangement and chocolate covered fruit box as expected. However, the fruit was awful - strawberries were green at the stems and had no flavor, the grapes were small and overripe, the cantaloupe was underripe and had no flavor, and the honeydew was very average. The pineapple and the orange were very good! It seems to me that the quality of the fruit used in Edible Arrangements has drastically declined over the past several years. We received 2 Edible Arrangements in Milford, CT about 9 years ago, and the fruit was excellent (giant, sweet strawberries, etc). For the very high prices they charge for these arrangements, one would expect the fruit to be truly exceptional. Unfortunately, it isn't and therefore, just isn't worth the money. read more

So I received multiple emails for about 2 weeks prior to Valentines day wanting my business again from Edible Arrangements and gave in placing an online orders as I've done multiple times in many states and for the most part had a good experience. The one time I place an order a week before Valentines day to be delivered to my home for my wife and daughter the order never showed up, I called the store 3 times that afternoon to be told that the order was out for delivery. If there was a problem I could have picked up my order. I place a call the following morning to my local store to be told they were overwhelmed with orders and they would deliver today and someone needs to be there. After explaining to them how this is ridiculous and that they have ruined the day for my family the gentleman I spoke with offered a 25% discount on order if delivered today.
