Awesome experience here today. My friend always raves about this place and I can completely see why!! The service is exceptional, I ordered a caramel cashew latte with 1/2 the caramel to make it less sweet, a hidden treasure smoothie as is, a blue topaz and subbing coconut water to make it less sweet (per suggestion from the barista) added chia and added vegan protein, the freshly squeezed strawberry lemonade (he explained to me they sweeten this with strawberry puree and apple juice- so innovative!), and got a yummy huge cinnamon bun on the house! Looks incredible and it was a busy happening spot. I will certainly be back to have their breakfast as some of those burritos sound too good to pass up. This spot originally was in Warrenton but I'm glad to have it here in haymarket for the best Saturday morning pick me up! They also support local small businesses by selling select products in their store- from candles to jewelery! I like the options to be health conscious while also being fit for all dietary choices.

The Hidden Julles truly is a hidden jewel. We had trouble finding it, because there are no markings or signs from the road to indicate that anything is there. I think that is part of the charm because who would want to visit a place called "The Hidden Julles" if it wasn't hidden. The restaurant is really cute and the servers are kind and polite. We had a free sample of some delicious monkey bread, I had a blueberry muffin, and my daughter was thrilled to find that they had gluten free muffin options. The food was delicious. My daughter had the Vegan Bowl and I had the Spicy Sunrise Sandwich. Both were delicious! I highly recommend hunting this little "Jewel" down for breakfast.

Stopped in for an early morning breakfast. Weather was fantastic and the food was delicious.

Holy crap is all I can say. Just ate here for snack and it was mind blowing. I got a quesadilla which came in 4 big slices with a pretty good price. The food came out fast and warm. I only ate 2 slices but took the other two home but I think the highlight of this place is the vibe and customer service. First off the vibe is so peaceful with nice jazz playing in the background. And the service was amazing also as one of the chefs constantly asked if the food was good and even brought us out a free cinnamon roll which was so amazing. If you guys are in town or near here check this place out you won't regret it.

Pathetic Cuban

I would not recommend this restaurant at all. I ordered a large latte with no foam and no room. It arrived half full!! Are you kidding me!??! I also ordered a French dip and it came with NO au jus like it was supposed to!!!!!!! The Cuban was just okay...NOTHING special at all. The only saving grace was the Ken's Keto Bowl, but even that was not enough to save the entire experience overall!! I will not be ordering from here ever again!!!!!!

Day-old Cinnamon Roll

Had brunch here with my girlfriend on a Saturday morning. Wait was 20 minutes for drinks and 35 for food. Restaurant was very busy. We picked up a day-old cinnamon roll to hold us over. For $2 that was a great value! Tasted just as good as a fresh one. We ordered a Berried Treasure smoothie, which was made of raspberry, blueberry, and strawberry - but to be honest it tasted overwhelmingly like raspberry. My girlfriend said it tasted identical to the Costco smoothies. Was a bit of a letdown. I ordered the Mediterranean Avocado toast. To be honest, it didn't really taste all that Mediterranean. I liked the flavors. Bites that had tomato, avocado, egg, pesto and toast were delicious! They all balanced each other well. My main complaint is portion size. Maybe it was because we had to wait for 35 minutes but I wolfed this thing down in probably 3 minutes. It was great but I was still hungry, even after I had half a smoothie AND half a cinnamon roll. Hidden Jule's is a quaint, lowkey cafe in old town Haymarket. They have great healthy options to eat for breakfast with ample seating, both outdoor and indoor. I might return, but just not during the brunch rush.

This is a wonderful breakfast/brunch place in Haymarket!!! Great outdoor seating (but if the weather's bad, they have lots of indoor seating as well). The best breakfast I've had in a long time. Highly highly recommend omg

Server was OK .. food was OK. Pancakes were huge ... omelet was huge too. Eggs benedict was just lukewarm and poached eggs barely cooked. I think this place has a potential to be good, but it was just so-so.

I usually go for Philly Cheesesteak, Fajita, or Western which is around $16. Expect to spend around $12 to $18 on average for an entree. * Food: My go to is an omelet and they also have good burgers and crepes. Portions are HUGE. My omelet was thick and covered half the plate and it was not just egg. They do amazing on the protein. You also get potatoes or other side options and toast of your choice. Be ready to grab a to go box unless you are big back like me. * Cleanliness and Setting: Many booth tables on the side that can fit around 4 to 6 and several tables in the middle. There are TVs everywhere if you are looking to catch a game. Moderately lively energy and a homey feel. * Service: It is nice seeing the same faces at the front every time I go. I get sat down relatively quickly even when it is busy and they have been on point with the food every time. They have also won multiple awards.

The menu goes well beyond standard bar fare, with several dishes that feel like real upgrades on the classics. We started with the OG BBQ pork potato skins, which were generous and packed with flavor. My wife enjoyed her pork schnitzel, though she felt the cut was a bit thicker than ideal. My Cincinnati chili, on the other hand, was exactly what I wanted on a cold winter day--rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. A great spot whether you're there for the game or just a solid meal.

It was served with fries that were a bit bland and soggy to our liking. But the sandwich was perfect even though I always want more protein on the sandwich. It was still made well and not lacking protein. The sandwich was served with an au jus that complimented the sandwich a bit. The fries took away from the sandwich as the sandwich was great and deserved to have a better side than what it was served with. We also ordered wings (bone in). We had an order of grilled mango habanero and jumbo fried Thai chili. My husband who does not even care of bone in wings loved these wings. These wings were a great size, flavorful, tender, and overall 10/10 if not more for how the wings were prepared and cooked. Probably the best quality wings I have ever had and for the price it was well worth it. I cannot wait to go back and have it again and try other options for the wings. Service, it seemed the establishment was understaffed and the two that were there were working very hard to accommodate everyone as best as they can. If the public cannot understand how businesses suffer in todays economy with lazy people, then do not come here if you cannot be understanding and patient. The two servers observed n a Thursday afternoon appeared over worked but doing their best to maintain good customer service. The ambiance is a neat environment. I would not mind coming again to try their breakfast or again for a lunch in the dining area. There is a bar area on another side where others seemed to be comfortable and enjoying themselves. Very cool place.

The minute we walked in we were seated early and the staff was so friendly and welcoming immediately and the ambiance is very warm and chic. Multiple employees gave us friendly greetings. The Chef's tasting was tastefully prepared and there were some additional items not on the menu. The Japanese milk bread was delicious too! I really loved the rockfish and the Braised short rib. Each course was beautifully presented and the seasoning and flavors were perfectly balanced. We were really impressed. The chef came out to introduce himself and it was nice to be able to compliment him in person. He's been there just over a month, I think, and he is doing a phenomenal job! This is such a welcome experience out west in the south. I highly recommend checking it out. It was about as good as Clarity in Vienna or 2941 in Falls Church. Dress was business casual and definitely a nicer place for more of a date night or special occasion. We wouldn't bring our children here. We were full at the end but not stuffed. Comfortably satisfied in our bellies for sure!

I feel like I was being punked!!!…read more The vibe and the service was great but the food was terrible!! I felt so misled by yelp and Washingtonian!! The price point (145/165) is not deserved for what is served. I didn't want to leave a bad review but I didn't want people that actually go to fine dining establishments to waist their money. To be a little more specific on the food, everything was either too salty, disproportioned, frozen(deserts) , stale( bruschetta and the tuna tartar cone) or just not cooked well. I wish this place well, I will not be back. And I just want the young servers to know that their customer service was great, they were very polite and friendly.
