I'm constantly being complimented on my hair, even when it's been 5-6 months since my last appointment. She takes her time with me and my VERY thick hair. It was my first time at the salon and it seemed clean and nice. Lila is fantastic, she's clean and fast, and has an awesome personality so it makes for a great waxing/threading experience. She always wears gloves and I have never EVER seen her double dip, no matter how large or small an area she's working on. Her work is almost always perfect and complete. I usually do arms (waxed) and eyebrows (threaded) with her. I have been going to see her off and on for 3 years. Sandy, the tanning artist, makes you feel so comfortable and really guides you through the process especially if you've never gotten a spray tan before. I had a really scary updo experience 6 months before and it was a huge leap of faith to go to someone new and risk looking like a granny on my wedding day. But, Debbie doesn't do granny updo's! And she can work a tiara or crown or hairpin like no one else. She also does great cuts and colors. I have been coming to Kim for my hair for probably 5 years at least and she is the BEST!! I moved away and tried several other stylists and nobody did my hair as well as she does. She also styled my hair and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding and we all looked beautiful. I couldn't have been happier. Bryttanie did my makeup as well as several of the other girls and we looked stunning -- everybody said we looked like celebrities! If you're looking for Brazilian waxing or threading this is definitely the place!! I made the decision to start waxing my hoo ha so I wanted to find the absolute best place...after seeing several reviews on several websites about how awesome this Lila lady was, I decided to give this place a try despite the scary name lol. I read one review where this lady said they were rude and didn't greet her or whatever, I find that very hard to believe! When I called the lady who answered was super nice and offered a same day appt, she also gave very detailed instructions on how to find the place (it doesn't stand out). Once I arrived I was greeted immediately, offered a glass of water, and within mins Lila greeted me. Everyone was so nice and friendly. BUT TO THE GOOD PART: Lila was amazing!!! This was my 1st time waxing so I was a little apprehensive...she was everything other reviewers said she was and more! And the pain wasn't all that bad, nothing like ppl were saying. She was quick and compassionate...we talked the whole time and before I knew it, it was over. The little room I was in was private, clean, and I was so happy I called everybody I knew and advised them to get one lol. The finished product was clean and smooth and I can wait until my next visit ( I heard the more u do it the less pain you'll feel and the better it will look) OH and let me add this! The lady at the nail shop did a hack job on my eyebrows earlier that day and Lila fixed them for me by threading (which I had never tried) they never looked better in my life!
