I received a gift cert. for a prenatal massage from my grandmother for my birthday. I then miscarried a week after I received the certificate. Obviously I wasn't able to receive the massage right away. She called to set it up with me and spoke to me very condisendingly about how I need to "commit" to a time to do this because my Grandma had worked so hard to get this gift for me...like I am some 17 year old kid. I'm thirty with children of my own. After her extremely rude customer service, I told her that she can send the money back to my Grandmother,(which she said she would do!). After being treated so rudely there was no way I'd be able to relax while she did a massage. I will find someone else in the area with better customer service.
