We were actually looking for a day-of…read morecoordinator but after speaking with Heather, we realized that month-of would be more beneficial especially with vendor logistic/timing (plus WTW prices were reasonable). Heather saw us 2x before the big day: final venue walk through and our rehearsal day. She was super organized during those 2 days and helped guide us with our venue and corral our entire wedding party during the rehearsal. Heather also provided us with a day-of timeline, even for the hours she was not physically at the venue. On the wedding day, she arrived with Annaleise (team member) around 3pm and immediately got to work with the decor set up before our 6pm ceremony. All we had to do was hand over our room key and off they went! To be honest, we were so busy that day that if we didn't have Heather helping us out, I'm not sure how we could've accomplished what we needed to do. No amount of uncles and aunties could've done what WTW did in the same amount of time hah. Plus we had a cocktail hour "flip" during our ceremony, so having WTW help us during that time was crucial. At the end of the night, all our items were returned to vendors or packed away in the boxes we brought them in and stored in our room. During the month of, WTW used Google's suite to keep everything organized and documented, which I found very helpful since its a program that I am familiar with (vs learning a new program). And Heather also provides some rentals if you want to add more to your decor, which was also VERY helpful when we needed more candles and stands. Heather is professional, calm, and assertive. She knows what needs to be done to help make your day run smoothly and is a team player with the vendors and venue. For reference, our wedding was in Riverside, a church ceremony, 8 people in the wedding party, 120 guests, ~10 vendors, plated meals, and a hotel venue reception. We had a couple funky additions in the night which made the reception feel nontraditional, but Heather handled them like it was normal. We haven't received official pictures yet, but when we do, I hope to update this review so any new potential clients can see her magic. Thanks again!!

So not only is she insanely talented, she is the sweetest! Cristina is professional, on top of everything, so well-organized and the best to work with! We gave her an idea of what we were going for, and she created magic with it! My bouquet was EVERYTHING!!! Seriously, my jaw dropped when I saw my bouquet the day of our wedding. Cristina even recommended the ribbon we used on my bouquet and I swear, the little details like that, are what made everything so special! Our tall and low centerpieces were GORGEOUS, our florals on our sweetheart table were the prettiest I have ever seen, and I was just completely blown away with everything the day of! She also added fresh flowers to our cake, which was such a perfect touch! Her elegant florals complimented our beautiful church where we had our ceremony, and our ballroom where were had our reception. Seriously, her tall centerpieces are to die for!!!! Trust me! We are still receiving compliments from our guests! During the planning process, Cristina checked in on me multiple times to make sure we were on the same page with everything. Our wedding took place on February 4, 2024, at the Mission Inn Hotel in Riverside. Due to a tight budget, I decided to plan all the pre-wedding details myself (which, while rewarding, was extremely exhausting -- I wouldn't necessarily recommend it!). However, I knew I would need a professional coordinator for the day of the wedding itself. Also, the Mission Inn Hotel has a preferred vendor list, and by choosing vendors from that list, we were able to avoid additional vendor fees. To be honest, I initially chose Ana because she was the most affordable option on their list. But after working with her, I realized she was absolutely essential to the success of our wedding day! Ana has many years of experience in the wedding industry and is incredibly knowledgeable about every step of the process -- she even holds a minister's license. On the day of the wedding, she flawlessly managed the timeline, handled unexpected issues with ease, and allowed us to fully enjoy every precious moment without stress. I can confidently say that without Ana's support, our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was. As first-time bride and groom who had no prior experience with wedding planning, we wholeheartedly recommend Ana as your wedding coordinator. If you are looking for someone reliable and professional, trust me -- you will be so thankful you chose her!

    If I could give zero stars I would. Ben was hired for my daughters Quince. I didn't want to have to…read moreworry about anything on this special day. In Aug of 2017 I hired LUXE for my event the in July 2018. Below are a few of the issues * Ben said he had other events at this venue, so he would take care of the bartending, no issues. 3 days before the event he told me he couldn't get the license for the event to bartend. He thought he could get by without having the proper ABC license at a city community center? Really? We had to scramble and purchase the alcohol ourselves and then hire a separate bartender. The plan was to have a closed bar. So this caused a lot of issues and additions cost. *Ben was paid an extra fee for "special linens" for the cake,m gift and coffee tables. These were supposed to be above and beyond standard to make it look really nice. What I got instead was cheap white polyester linens. *Ben was also paid extra for a backdrop for the cake and main court table. He didn't supply the backdrop for the cake table at all, and the one he used for the main table looked awful. Bars and other items laying in the back showed up in all of our pictures, ruining them! * After going thru the venue details, Ben said he only needed an hour to prep everything before the start of the event. He then stated if he could get an extra 15 minutes it would help him out. So I paid for an extra 30 minutes to the hall. My event started at 5pm. Now after 6pm he still wasn't done setting up. It took him 2.5 hours to finish setting up. Family and friends starting helping putting linens, center pieces, and plates on the tables to help out. This was quite embarrassing. * After the event was over we had a few hours to get the facility cleaned up. If it was not done in time, I would lose my deposit. Of course this was no skin off of his back. I had to stay and have family and friends assist with the clean up otherwise this company never would have been done in time and I would be out even more money. * Some of my guest also commented that while he was setting up he was helping himself to alcohol! Very unprofessional. * When I spoke to Ben about these issues and let him know I felt I was entitled to some sort of a refund for all of these issues, as others have mentioned her became very defensive and refused and said sue me. He told me I was very ungrateful and was down right rude. He is definitely very unorganized and very unprofessional. Do not risk your precious event and day with this company, you will definitely regret it.

We decided to use his services for an intimate engagement party and we now have him booked for the big day. He was very polite and punctual. He discussed all matters with us prior to and he came through on all of his promises. He was very patient with our guests and held his crew to the same standard he held himself. I never once had to ask him get something done because he was always one step ahead. Looking forward to working with him again.

We were so happy with everything from beginning to end. Our wedding venue only provided the space, so we needed to hire all of our vendors. Diva was one of the first we booked, over a year in advance. Even though she was technically our "month of" coordinator, she was very thorough in the year and months leading up to our event. She checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and were staying on track, which I did not expect but loved. We had trouble sourcing a few vendors, and she was able to help us out with some suggestions. We ended up hiring 3 of her vendors and they were all great! Since our venue didn't have a waitstaff and our caterer served buffet style, we opted to hire some of her staff members to set up and break down the space, dismiss tables for dinner, fill water and champagne toasting glasses, light candles, set the tables etc. I had a very specific vision of what I wanted the space to look like, and they totally nailed it! My husband and I were stunned and overjoyed when we entered our reception space, they had just done such a great job! Diva created a schedule of events for the day and stayed on schedule for the whole night. As with any event, small hiccups beyond our control arose here and there, and as soon as we notified Diva, she was on it. We were married by a friend who had never performed a ceremony before, so we needed some help running our rehearsal. We hired Diva to do this and she did such a great job. She efficiently led the rehearsal and made sure everyone knew their places and roles. All in all we cannot say enough about Diva and her crew! We put a lot of responsibility on her and she totally shined. If your venue provides the space and nothing else and you need some help, Diva is the person to call. We are so glad we took advantage of her additional services as she really saved our sanity and made the process fun.

I was caught up in the learning of my new job that I had to trust my fiance to work out the details with our wedding planner, Diva. She began taking care of the details, always attentive to message me as things came up and took care of the caterer, flower arrangements, set up of the cake, music, and seating of our guests. Even when I had to call her to add last minute people, Diva reassured me and kept me cool and calm. I really enjoyed my day, knowing that the capable hands of "As you wish" had things moving smoothly. My focus was on my amazing groom who is sweet and supportive. I enjoyed my wedding day.

    We worked with John initially with catering services for our wedding on 11/08/2025. We met John for…read morea tasting and met another time at the venue to go over day of/set up. Both times and all communications before the big day was good. Fast forward the week of the wedding. Here comes in Tammy to fill in for John because he had a family emergency. I'm not sure how much was communicated between the two. On day of the wedding, I noticed it was already 1pm and there was no signs of the caterers. Not one call giving a heads up that they were running late. At our walk thru, John said he would be arriving at 11:30/12pm. Eventually they did show up. I was told by guests that the food was good. I was called the next day by the venue director that Graystone had left grease and oil stains all over their property!!! I have video and photos to show the mess and damages they left behind. They did not lay down tarps in all of the areas they were at. I also have some of their linen napkins which tells me their staff didn't bus the tables like stated. I was told by wedding coordinators and venue management that they did a poor job at cleaning and respecting the property. John had reassured me that he leaves the property cleaner than what it was. Tammy and the staff that night were the opposite. Anyways, I got left with a damage and cleaning bill from the venue from their mess. I've been trying to reach out to John since the wedding and crickets! Very disappointed in their promised Service. John and Tammy if you are reading this - give us a call and make it right.

Tastings were smooth, communication was clear, and they were flexible with our preferences and guest needs. On the day-of, service was efficient and professional, and everything ran on time. We got so many compliments from guests about both the food and the staff. If food is important to you (it was for us), they're a great choice.
