They have two lanes - one for members and one for non-members. If you pull into the non member lane, pack a lunch, you'll be there for a while. They do all the membership stuff at the lane, so if you are stuck behind someone whose getting a membership, you have to wait forever for them to finish. Tried to get my car washed today, got stuck behind a car that had membership questions. Sat there for 12 minutes before I got out of my car and told the customer service guy I wanted to leave (I could not back out because there were cars behind me). Rather than open the gate and have the customer pull inside, the customer service rep continued to do the admin stuff right there. 16 minutes before I was able to leave. Note to the business manager: You have enough room to allow customers who want memberships to pull inside so the lane is not blocked. Suggest you do that rather than hold non-members who just want to get a car wash hostage. You lost two customers and two cars today (my wife and I). Plenty of other car washes available in Jacksonville. Do better. read more

Long story short: Their car wash broke my drivers side mirror assembly almost $400 to replace. After jerking me around for over three months they finally tell me they will not honor my claim. Detailed story: I went through this car wash in late April. When I exited it was apparent that my driver side mirror assembly was broken. I immediately went inside and spoke with the leadership. The local manager and the district manager were both on site. The district manager thought I was someone else who has also had their mirror damaged. An employee said that damage to vehicles was not uncommon. When it was explained that the damage had just happened. I was told to fill out a form and that I would need two quotes for them to pay for the repair. I did and within the week I had the quotes delivered to the local manager. At that time I was told it averaged about two weeks to receive a check. However they recently began mailing them to the car wash instead of the vehicle owners so it may take longer. A two weeks later I go to the car wash to ask about the status of my claim. The manager is called as there was none on site. I am told that the delay was due to the district manager being on vacation. And that my claim was waiting on him to return so that he could submit it. I return the next week and am told that it was submitted and I should have the check in about two weeks. I returned in two weeks to ask about my claim. The district manager was there and tells me that I actually need to submit three quotes. And that my claim was never submitted. I reminded him that he was there with the local manager when I was told two quotes. And if that was the case why was I not notified of this weeks ago. His response was the standard apology and that he thought the local manager had let me know. A few days later I received a phone call from the local manager letting me know that because my vehicle is older than ten years they would not be honoring my claim. According to your website "if damages exceed $1000, 2 estimates are needed" It cost almost $400 to replace my mirror assembly. Beware of this place. I don't think the machines touched the top of my car, and for $16, I'd had hoped that the tire shine I paid for would have lasted more than a minute. I couldn't even self service the inside of my car and HAND DRY the outside of my car, without the tire shine disappearing. My windshield is still covered in crap and no machine even touched it? Why do they have a guy at the start with a literal MOP to clean my windshield and rear of my car? How is that even close to good? Won't be back. Horrible first experience. read more

I rolled up for a car wash and the machine accepted only card / no cash. Thats fine. However, the attendant came up to me with an iPad and it was cheaper to use the iPad than the machine. A little weird, but ok. Car wash was fine, my issue is when I parked in the first spot to vacuum my car.... There was only one vacuum! So after pulling into the spot, I had to go into another spot so that I could utilize the right side vacuum to clean my car. Not very impressed. Staff was nice but I won't go here again. read more

I have unlimited washes for my vehicles I rent on Turo. The wash is great and vacuums always suck. Which is great for a vacuum. They are the best. I can spend much less time detailing my vehicles now, and give my customers the opportunity to tidy up if they have the need. read more

i was there today went through the first time car came out filthy, obviously i got out of the car to check it, went back to the entrance told the guy and he ran me through a second time. still came out filthy. pulled over to where the vacuums are, got out walked around my car, proceeded to wipe the dirt off the hood of the car and saw a huge quarter size chunk of paint missing from my hood. told the guy putting clean towels in where the vacuums are and he said to go tell the guy at the car wash entrance. so i did, naturally the waiver at the beginning of car wash pretty much relieves them of any responsibility for anything, period, end of sentence. to top it off the cost of the original lowest level was $20. thats an awful pill to swallow, especially in this economy and living on social security. not looking for a response nor any comments. just wanted to warn the next person. read more

[Employee] Cayden is the model for someone you want to interact with customers. He exhibits great customer service. I train customer service to employees at major corporations. Cayden displays all the behaviors I train to students. Eye contact, smiles, positive, helpful, etc. He is the best greeter (standing by the card machine) that I have seen thus far. He makes you feel he is there for a purpose...and that is to serve the customer. read more
