Joe(bald guy, beard, running the front desk) seemed inconvenienced , was unprofessional, and sometimes just went completely mute when I was talking to him during my visit for an oil change. Stopped today to get an oil change and I pulled up and the Tech Doug asked me what I was looking for, my response was "just an oil change" he asked me if my car had been there previously and I replied "yes." He told me to go have a seat in the lobby and so I did. My car was done in about 15 minutes. The lady Harleigh came in to rang me up. And I was shocked the price was $90+... She rattles off everything they did and so I paid and left. I looked at my previous invoice from valvoline which was for conventional oil and only costed $45 and I called to speak to the manager Brad. Brad was not available so I spoke with Doug who states he asked me if I wanted the same service I got in the past. He never once asked me this, because if I knew they charged my husband for synthetic oil I would have never agreed to that. I know my car does not need synthetic oil. I asked for a refund on the upcharge for the extra services and synthetic oil and Doug laughed at me. I asked him how he could write on the invoice that they vacuumed the interior if I can still see stuff all over the place. He again laughed and said they change oil, they don't detail cars. I never asked for you to detail my car, but I also never asked for synthetic oil. I spoke with my husband afterwards and he confirmed that they put in synthetic oil unless you specify which is shady and shows that the workers have no integrity. Just taking advantage of customers. I've been here several times because they are always slow and I can get in and out quickly. Just now, however, I get there to find 1 car ahead of me and he is in the center of the loading area for the service bays so I stop before entering and one of the employees (in an irritated manner) motions for me to drive around the other car to do a 3 point turn to get past the other car. I do so and line up with one of the bays. Another guy tells me to back up and park it in one of the stalls (even though all 3 service bays are empty). I get out and walk toward the office (as is customary). As I am about to enter the office I show my keys to another one of the employees who is currently in a conversation with the other 2 employees that are doing nothing. He tells me to go pilot the keys back in my truck. I go back to my truck and sit in it and then air and the 3 employees who are doing nothing go back to their socializing and I sit in my truck for about 5 minutes, all the while watching for someone to start work. They never stopped their socializing and since there are 7 other oil change places within a few miles, I drive down the street where I got immediate service. I have been to this Castrol at least 15 times between my 2 vehicles but I won't go back. read more

I pull up here at this location and all were sitting down relaxing. One got up then they all got up to ask what I needed. I responded I need an oil change and that was it. No one came to ask me what kind of oil I wanted in my vehicle absolutely nothing. Sorry , but I've never been anywhere that they didn't ask me what I wanted in my vehicle. Perhaps I want the best of the best for my vehicle and I do. I'm not fancying this location at all and as of now sitting here I doubt I come back. The prices are reasonable and inside is clean with a television to keep you occupied whilst you wait. I just wished they'd asked before putting oil in my vehicle. read more

As soon as I pulled in the service man came right to my door and asked how they could be of assistance. I told him the type of oil I needed and he then proceeded to tell me the prices of which each would cost. He then proceeded to tell me what discounts they offer and what the service entails. He got in my vechile and pulled right. In and they started to work right away. They have a waiting area inside with bathrooms and coffee and seating. They do not have a kids area so I would not recommend you bring your children with since there is no room for kids to play outside either. The oil change was done within 20 minutes and they also filled my windshield wiper fluid, filled the tired to the appropriate pressure and did an assortment of checks on the car. They then went in detail of what they did and they did or didn't find anything. The pricing was right on that he told me and I was on my way! I will definitely becoming here again! read more

Last year got the inspection perfectly fine. This year their inspector guy left early I guess at 3pm. Three to four guys still working but no one able to inspect. Not sure what is going on there. read more

Last oil change was here and they "severely" over tighten the oil drain plug - now it cannot be removed! Boycott this place.

Came in on a Friday morning around 10:00 and was instantly greeted by an employee who promptly gave me a cost estimate. I waited in their lobby for about 15 minutes and my car was done. Super friendly guys working there and very courteous. I paid about $90 which is what I expected for full synthetic, high mileage oil. Checked my tires, cleaned the windshield, top off my washer fluid and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes. Fastest oil change I've ever had. Thanks, guys! read more

Today is May 1st of 2020. I called around town to price check, ended up here. $69.99. Will not be returning. Filter had been over tightened versus checking that to see if they could get it off prior to draining the oil. They drained the oil and put new oil in. For those who are unaware, changing the oil and not the filter is equivalent to taking a shower and putting on dirty gym clothes. No discount was added I was told the filter was free. When I asked if I could get a free filter with out an oil change it wasn't free anymore. If you're not going to change the filter what's the point of changing the oil? If they had no intention of changing the filter inform first, so I can take it elsewhere. I was charged $74.89 (full price) for a half job. read more

Came in today was quickly greeted and given information on their synthetic oil changes. While talking with the attendant he mentioned it might be better to do a high mileage oil chnage which actually came out cheaper. They did a complete check and found a brake light bulb that had blown that I didnt know and changed out the windshield blades. I asked about a tire rotatiion which is 20.00 on top of the oil change not included but unfortunately their lift was down. All in all eveeything came out to just shy of a 100.00 which is cheaper then it usually costs me to get just a synthetic oil change normally. read more

We had called and asked if they were busy and we came in at a good time. They have 3 openings and we were able to get in! Service was friendly and fast and the oil change was good. They also check fluids, your tires, brakes etc when getting an oil change. Like $70 something for the oil service we chose. I definitely recommend. read more

Got a very quick oil change. Great and reasonably priced. They didn't try to sell me anything else. Inside of the building was immaculately clean. Very friendly workers. They even vacuumed out my car for free. Will definitely be coming here regularly for my oil change. read more
