This place was so cute, so refreshing, reminded me that I was stuck in a old-timey movie with good service and even better food.

Not fully operational yet, but for a soft opening, the croissants were fresh, the bacon was crisp, the people were friendly, and the outdoor table with the river view and breeze was enjoyable. We will definitely give them another try once they have everything up and running. read more

The owner/operator is very personable and takes her time to get your order right each time. The price is a bit steep but it's a nice place to visit, especially if you can sit outside & enjoy the river view. I've waited to review until we've been a few times incase it was a fluke but unfortunately, the coffee is pretty terrible. read more

I have been coming to this place once in a while and feels like every time I stop by they have a new name/owner. Location and the view are AMAZING! I like the interior and the general peaceful ambience and the availability of easy and convenient parking. It makes me a bit sad to see that despite the wonderful strengths of this coffee shop it seems to struggle with attracting more regular visitors. It feels a bit empty whenever I come by (which I don't mind, but I really wish for the owner to be successful and thrive here). With good intentions in mind, I would like to make some suggestions: bigger/more appealing dessert selection, longer opening hours (if possible, it's always a struggle to find a nice cozy coffee place later in the day); nicer/more sophisticated coffee menu (may be using one of the local FL roasters? Or some nice quality coffee beans from South America?); using regular cups (as opposed to styrofoam?); having a self-serve "sugar/water/wooden sticks and napkins station" (similar to other coffee shops).. Those are just ideas and I really hope this place can attract more customers and thrive with the same owner for the years to come ;) read more

Delicious! Everything we ordered was amazing! The fried tomatoes were hot n full of flavor, the best we've ever had. The avacado toast was delightful n the flatbreads were fabulous. The "tea" is a terrible amalgam of fruit juice and syrups. When I arrived the manager passive aggressive remarked upon how close to closing time it was although I was an our early and it took ten minutes to make a simple cup of tea. read more

So cute, ridiculously friendly, right on the river. Need I say more? Yes, I need!! FRIED GREEN TOMATOES. Bomb. The bombiest. The strawberry avocado salad was great too. Super fresh with lots of perfectly ripe avocado. The owner, who greeted and served us, is an absolute doll. I I will be visiting again when I'm in town at the end of the month.
