I would not recommend doing business with Wade's RV based on my recent experience consigning my travel trailer with them. I paid around $200 to have my trailer placed on consignment for several months. One of the first frustrations I had was that after dropping the trailer off, it took them over a month just to get it listed on their website. After several months on consignment, they were still unable to sell it, so I decided to pick it up and trade it in at Blue Compass RV instead. I called Wade's RV on Tuesday to let them know I would be picking the trailer up that Saturday so they would have plenty of notice. When I arrived Saturday, I had to wait while they moved several trailers out of the way just to get mine out. Once they finally pulled it out, we discovered the tongue jack no longer worked -- even though it was fully functional when I dropped the trailer off. Their solution was to tell me I could either pay for a new jack myself or file an insurance claim. I refused because the jack worked before they took possession of the trailer. They ultimately removed the broken jack entirely just so I could hook the trailer up to my truck and had to use a forklift to lift the trailer onto my hitch. Blue Compass then also had to use a forklift to remove the trailer from my truck as a result as well. There were multiple other issues as well: - A window valence that was supposed to be repaired under warranty was never fixed and was simply laying on the bed inside the trailer. - The scissor jack socket went missing while the trailer was in their possession. - When I asked about the missing socket, I was told "things get stolen out of trailers all the time." - They removed the coupler latch pin from the trailer and told me they do that with all the trailers so they can move them around the lot easier, but wouldn't give me one back when I left. Instead, they stuck a random bolt through the latch. - They also forgot to give me my license plate before I left with the trailer. The license plate issue turned into another frustrating experience. After realizing they still had it, I called Monday and was told a salesperson would bring it to me later that day since they would be near my area. That never happened. Tuesday I was told they would "try again." I explained that if they couldn't bring it Tuesday, they needed to mail it because I was leaving for a camping trip Friday and needed the plate by Thursday. Wednesday I followed up again and was told it had been left with the office manager to mail. When I asked if it had been overnighted, they told me it had not -- and that I could pay extra if I wanted overnight shipping. After already waiting multiple days for something they forgot to give me in the first place, I had to call the general manager to get the issue resolved. The only reason this entire situation didn't completely ruin my trade-in deal was because Blue Compass RV stepped up and covered the cost of a new tongue jack themselves and honored the trade agreement we had already negotiated. I can only assume my poor treatment came as a result of them being mad about missing out on the few thousand dollars they would've made if they sold my trailer. Overall, this experience showed me that Wade's RV does not take responsibility for customer property while it is in their possession. Between the broken equipment, missing parts, unfinished warranty work, poor communication, and the fact that it took over a month just to even list the trailer online after I dropped it off, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before doing any business with them. read more

Bought a used RV and service was good until the latest blond service manager. Bad attitude. everytime it goes in it comes out with added issues. The mechanic left a cigarette butt in my cup holder, someone used the toilet and didn't flush and the list is long. wade was going to check into and never heard back. Lost my business. read more

Title: Ongoing Warranty and Service Nightmare - Owner Ignoring Emails I purchased my travel trailer less than a year ago, and it has now spent more than 8 months at the dealership, supposedly waiting on parts that, according to the manufacturer, are not even on order. I've made multiple trips back and forth (over $1,000 in fuel costs) trying to get warranty work completed, with almost no progress. I sent the last two emails directly to the owner, detailing every unresolved issue, and he has not responded. The problems include: Awning that was supposed to be replaced when purchased is still damaged. Rear drop-down screen and interior door between the garage and main living area remain unrepaired -- the door frame is coming apart. Interior wall panels and trim are peeling, bubbling, and look terrible. Door slide hits the cabinet near the stove that houses electronics. Spare tire carrier is rusted and unusable. Two tires blew out in under 1,000 miles, costing over $1,000 to replace all four. Refrigerator has failed on every trip; even after I traced a low-voltage issue myself, it is still unclear if it's fully fixed. Lights flicker near the slide-out area, suggesting ongoing electrical issues. Despite repeated attempts to get answers and the owner's assurances, nothing has been resolved. I've filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office. Customer service after purchase of new Rv. Kat is your biggest asset. Kat was off the day we picked up our RV.The girl with long blonde hair, big smile in her 20's is sarcastic, condescending in her attitude. She needs trained in Customer service communication. When questioned about the repair on decals on new Forrest River Prime Rv, she stated ," Well, they are going to come off anyway. We've done all we can do." Something like, " With proper care and maintenance , they can last the lifetime of the RV", would have been more appropriate. Also , got an email , letting us know we could pick up our RV , that it was coming out of the wash station. If that RV was recently washed, then they need to hire competent people. It was very obvious.The front of the trailer had streak marks all down the front, dust all over the sides and taillights. Greasy fingerprints all over the sides. Our RV is 2025 under warranty, and I will never take it back to Dave's R.V where it was purchased. I will find another dealership that honors that warranty. We bought it in May and was only able to use it for 2 months. It has been at their shop 5 months in total for repair of the awning motor, peeling decals, and to repair a dent that happened while it was in their shop. All I can say is buyer beware. read more

They have had our camper for 3 times totally over 3 months time and didn't even do all the repairs that were supposed to have been done. Communication is absolutely ridiculous and promises are made but never kept. We will NOT be taking our camper back to them for future repairs. Steer clear! read more

When we first bought our camper I had a lot of nice things to say about Wades Rv. Everyone was super nice! There where a couple things we wanted fix before we bought it home and they where spouse to do a inspection on the water lines and etc.. we get it home and soon to realize our docking station was leaking bad. We called and got no help what so ever. We had to go up there and yell at them to get what we needed that was spouse to already be done. Now it's been a almost 2 months and we haven't received any paperwork over it and every time I called they gave me a run around. I finally asked to speak to a manager, Jason (sales "manager"), I told him What was going on and he told me "the state ran out of title paper", I called the tag agency and she told me that is true but that problem was resolved months ago and there running smoothly and have been. We will not be doing business with wades ever again. read more

I cannot give this place a rating at all. My husband and I were trying to find an RV and went to Wade's. When I told them we were looking for a used RV that was nice but wanted a cheaper one as it was our first one they started to treat us differently. They weren't very friendly at first we went through the door, and when we found an RV that we liked, we looked up the bluebook value and made them an offer. The sales person chuckled and said you need to make us a reasonable offer. When we told him that was reasonable, because that was the average bluebook value, he said well the market is higher now, and would not even entertain taking the offer to management. We found an RV on marketplace and bought it, and when we needed some parts reluctantly, we tried to get some at Wade's. Buyer beware when buying used.Thought they would have checked everything out before selling. Nope heater and air do not work. Nothing!!! So for peace of mind I recommend you do not buy from Wades !!! One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Bought a Forest River 315MB. Paid huge dollars for it and it had no less than 30 problems with it. Ranging from small, to big, to safety related. Took back to the dealer twice and had mobile techs work on three times. Every time, they would somehow make it worse. Example of some issues I had were the septic cleanout was kinked, tank heaters were wired wrong from the factory and always on, battery disconnect wasn't wired correct and wouldn't disconnect the battery. Almost every piece of trim fell off. The Anderson Hitch adapter was not torqued to the proper spec. I checked after seeing all this other stuff wrong. The awning broke away from the siding while trying to adjust the pitch. They put bigger screws to hold it up and went through the interior. Drove all the way to Colorado from Oklahoma and the auto level system would not work. Mobile tech said the computer was bad. Take it to the dealer and they said it just needed to be recalibrated. I could literally go on and on, but this review would be a novel when I was done. I asked for an extended warranty free of charge since this trailer was being so problematic and they said no. I contacted the manufacturer directly and they said no. I asked them to give me my money back and take the trailer back, they said no. Everyone was nice and professional, but they didn't lift a finger to make it right. They acted like it was normal to go on a camping trip and immediately drive to the dealer to get more stuff fixed. Worst RV dealer I could ever have imagined. Sold me a new travel trailer. We had three major water leaks in three months time. After the second leak, which flooded the interior, we were naturally upset. Matt the sales manager assured me they would fix the problem and "if we had one more major problem he was replacing the camper." Then comes the third leak about the time we were mailing the thrid payment. Back to the dealership AGAIN. Matt and Wade refused to replace the camper as promised and said we will fix it. I told them I can't take this trailer anywhere with confidence, they didn't care. Bottom line is Matt lied and Wade didn't care. They really stuck to us.
