I can't speak to the other accessories they had but we got permanent bracelets and they are still in good shape after 5 months. My boyfriend got silver, and I got gold in the same band. I do think silver looks a lot better than gold through time. My gold looks a little darker than the yellow gold it was since I got them. I do take pretty good care of them but I am pretty clumsy and I haven't had any issues with them.
