Everything was clean and well appointed. Our server, Eric seated us with menus while explaining some options. The menu listed a wide variety of options, each sounding delicious. When Eric came back to take our order we asked him if modifications could be made due to dietary restrictions. He told us that the chef is usually able to alter any dish but he would check with the chef to confirm. He returned letting us know that the chef would easily accommodate us. We ordered the Honey Mustard Roasted Salmon with a side of asparagus. The manager stopped by asking us if we had any other concerns which we didn't. Eric returned with our meals, the Salmon was thick, fresh, moist, well colored but most of all DELICIOUS. The asparagus was also delicious, not woody at all. I've been dining on the Grand Strand for close to 20 years, this was the best salmon I've had. Bistro B is definitely worth dining at especially at their very reasonable prices. We will definitely be back, next time with friends knowing they too will enjoy the experience. A must stop.

Located in a shopping center that has a ton of Parking. Our table ordered quite a few things. For starters I'm going to start out with the service- to be honest it was terrible. The girl serving us should be writing stuff down because half of the things we ordered for the table she couldn't remember to get for us and seemed a little annoyed when we flagged her down to ask for something again. My mom's husband also asked our server what kind of beer they had and she was giving him a hard time and kept asking him what he wanted without giving him a few examples of what bottles they had. Maybe they should get some type of beer menu if the servers can't list off at least the simple beer? Coors, corona, bud etc. We asked at the beginning of the meal to please bring us extra crackers, and extra lemons and extra horseradish. When we received our apps we didn't get anything we asked for and she had to come back to the table a few times before we got everything we wanted. Food Wise- Raw Clams and Oysters- cleaned out very well extremely fresh and very enjoyable! The pisser clams- also very good!
