The selection may be nice, but I cannot lie barely speak on it because you're not allowed to touch any of the dress or help pick anything. I have never heard of this, but this rule is silly. The advisor clearly couldn't choose dresses that my friend liked and wouldn't let us help. The advisor was not supportive and only added stress and criticism to the appointment. Something felt off about them so I stayed away until the last minute. I'd gotten two of my dresses and was looking for a fun after party dress. I texted the number back for an appointment and was met with a thousand questions- my style, my price point, my size. I found my other two dresses (which are two different bridal sizes) by finding them on display in other stores and would never have thought either would be my style. I said as much after many pushy texts and said I wanted to be able to come in and shop and didn't want my bridal experience to be a questionnaire. As soon as I said that, no service at all, just go book online. Please go anywhere else, this place is surrounded by red flags. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. In January 2025, my daughter and I paid over $1,000 down payment for a dress that was promised to be ready in a couple of months. The salon staff took her measurements, but when the dress finally arrived in August 2025, it was completely wrong -- the size and length were nothing like what was ordered. The staff admitted their mistake and promised to fix it. Since then, we've received nothing but excuses and empty promises of "a few more days." As of September 2025, with my daughter's wedding just two weeks away, she still does not have her dress. We've called and emailed multiple times, but no resolution has been provided. This has been an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. I strongly caution anyone considering this salon -- think carefully before trusting them with something as important as a wedding dress. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. To start off I have many friends getting married and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The owner of this store is very incompetent and does not know how to properly run a business. I ordered my dress in January and I called a few times in between to make sure everything was ordered correctly and was told it was. When I picked up the dress in September it was ordered in the wrong color and it was too short/ big on the top. . I am getting married in January and was told it would be re ordered and everything would be customized so I wouldn't need any alterations due to not having much time. I had to reach out multiple times to get updates on when it was arriving nobody bothered to keep me posted unless I called and left many messages. I was finally able to pick up the dress about a month before my wedding and it was still not ordered correctly the dress was still too short and I still need alterations done on the top. Alterations take time and I had to rush to get them done right after I picked up the dress since the seamstress is going out of town and now my dress won't come until one week before the big day. This in unacceptable service I was told she was doing everything to make it right which was a lie she never reached out to the seamstress letting her know about this situation until I asked while picking up my dress. I also expected if you had a second chance to order a dress it would be done correctly. The dresses are very pretty but the hassle of dealing with rude and incompetence people it is not worth it and it's better to go to one of the many other bridal stores. read more

I read the numerous reviews ahead of time, so I had some apprehension coming into my appointment. The owner showed me into her store on the day of my appointment. It was filled with beautiful gowns and accessories. I was on the hunt for my wedding shoes and this was the only vendor who had them in Florida. She had an expansive collection of Bella Belle shoes aka the most comfortable bridal shoe. The owner was helpful in showing me all the options and helping me try them on. I did my best to make conversation only to be met by one word responses or how her store was going out of business and how she needed credit for these shoes. Maybe she was having a bad day but from the prior comments, I think this is how brides are treated regularly. I felt like my presence was an inconvenience and this was the complete opposite of my experience to find my dress at another store in Jacksonville. They have a great location and a beautiful store, but the customer experience has so much room for improvement. read more

we came from about an hour and a half away from the store and were really exited to come here. The first time that we had the appointment, the store canceled on us and said that they could not take us for a personal reason which is fine. the next time they cancelled on us without any prior knowledge even though we texted the stylist prior and they said that we were good to still show up to their shop. when we showed up, stylist said that we were not allowed to book an appointment there again due to this being a second no call no show (although this was not true) and could not be there for our second booking time be paid they had already booked for another bride on top of our appointment. if they would have cancelled and made us aware of the cancellation before hand, we would have never came all the way to Orlando but as we had no prior communication before we had showed up there we were pretty disappointed. do not waist your time or your money on this place as we were charged for the appointments as they are not worth your time or money. there are multiple, far better bridal boutiques in the area that will not waste your time. read more

I wanted to share a bit about my experience with White Blossom Bridal, it was amazing! Brittany was my stylist and she was perfect. She sat down and chatted with me when I first got there and listened to everything I said. I was very hesitant as I am NOT a dress girl and very indecisive but she made it so easy and enjoyable! I fell in love with the top part of one dress but was not in love with the train or puff of the train, so she immediately contacted the designer and spoke to her and we were able to make the modifications that I wanted, to make the PERFECT wedding dress! Incredible, right?!?! We then swung back by later to show my mom the dress and Amanda the owner helped us, she was also amazing! I love White Blossom Bridal! I saw a dress on display there, went in, and after visiting a couple other local stores, I came back for the original dress! I just picked up my dress the other day and it is perfect. I had to get custom sizing because I am very short and Pat was extremely helpful in making sure the custom sizing is perfect. I will need only very minor alterations, which is great. Everyone is so kind and my bridal party also had a great time. We celebrating with some sparkling wine after I bought my dress and took cute pics with their sign! My only qualm is that when I bought my dress, the vast majority of their sample dresses were very small. The dress I ended up getting I was *barely* able to try one- like if I was one inch bigger it would not have gone over my hips. I am normally around a size 14ish. The other stores I visited had their samples in larger sizes so more diverse people could try them on. This said, Pat was very kind and managed to squeeze me into the sample and they were able to order the dress in an appropriate size! Since posting this review on another platform (I do both for businesses I love!), they let me know that they have since gotten in many larger samples, which is great to hear! If I ever needed another dress (hopefully not, lol!) I would definitely do back to White Blossom! read more

She made the bride go into the dressing room and wouldn't allow her to pick her own dresses. Pat not only kept bringing her the wrong style of dress but she also ignored our requests on bringing her the style she wanted. She never once offered water or champagne. I worked with Amanda and had a wonderful experience. I ended up trying on the dress I bought multiple times and she never made me feel bad about it. There were many options of dresses and she was knowledgeable about all of them and let me know what I could do to customize each one. She was open about prices on each dress I liked and didn't try to push me to get a more expensive one, and tried to stay in my budget with what I wanted to include in the dress. I'm so disappointed to say that this was a terrible and disheartening experience. I would never recommend this store to any bride. The sales lady (mother of the owner) had zero customers service skills, was rude and body shaming, and overall just mean. From the moment we walked in for our appointment until we cut the appointment short and walked out, this woman was in a terrible mood. She kept saying how tired she was, how happy she was the group after us cancelled, and how she couldn't wait to leave. She refused to pull some dresses for the bride saying they wouldn't come in her sizes so why bother. She made several bullying comments about the bride's height and body shape. She dropped her phone in the bride's cleavage three times because she was on the phone while dressing her instead of focusing on her. She also kept pulling pure white dresses after the bride stated she didn't want pure white. She didn't ask a single question about the bride, the wedding, anything at all. Then she scolded us (2 bridesmaids, mother, MIL) for browsing the dresses, telling us to sit down and let her do her job. If this was a bride's first experience dress shopping, it probably would have ruined their confidence and day. I'm so glad this was the final store of the day, or else it would've soured the entire situation. I hope the owner doesn't allow her mother to manage this store in the future, or else more people's days and self esteem will be ruined. Side note, she also said the dresses were made in China and you could tell most of them were super low quality. There are far better stores to go to with better service and same pricing with higher quality gowns, all within 15 minutes of here. read more

The owner, Pat is a wonderful women, and it was so lovely. The dresses and shop are absoltely beautiful. Temperatures were checked on arrival, and masks were worn the entire time. Very, very poor customer service. The worst experience we had in years. The selection from the shop was good, and we were able to find a beautiful gown but the service while we waited for the dress to arrive and the day we picked it up was extremely bad. The owner was rude, treated us like if deserved no service and just asked us to "settle" our balance when we tried to voice our concerns in the back of her shop away from her customers trying on dresses. We got a plain and not meaningful thank you and left the shop. Over the phone, the service was even worse. Went with my sister for her to try on wedding dresses for the first time. The older woman who "helped" wasn't wearing a mask and was extremely rude. Did not ask the bride any questions about herself or the wedding. Gossiped about herself and fat-shamed the bride. Said she didn't have any sample sizes that would fit her and called her a "bigger girl" (She's a size 12). This woman used pushy sales tactics and tried to pressure my sister into buying a dress she wasn't a 100% on. She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing and also shared uncomfortable personal information about her family. Will not be back and will warn friends in the area to avoid at all costs. read more

The shop is in a great area, it looked super welcoming and the area was beautiful. However, once we entered the staff did not even ask me what I liked, they asked my entourage while I was in the restroom and pulled dresses without consulting me. My party and myself were extremely uncomfortable the entire time. We felt judged and not listened to. They spoke over us every time we stated a concern, the owner made rude comments to my party, and stated that my desire (strapless, mermaid) was out of style. My MOH even stated that what she described to them was not what they were pulling, I think they put me in dresses they liked. After continuing to put me in dresses that I did not like, the younger girl said I could walk around and look at the dresses to see if there were any I wanted to try on. The owner then said "you don't have a lot of time our next appointment is in 20 minutes". I was completely over the appointment after that and it really ruined our day. I truly don't recommend going into this bridal store. The customer service we received was truly awful . They lack professionalism & patience during a brides most important moment . Immediately when we walked in we were shocked by their lack of customer service. We arrived 10 minutes early to the appointment which you should always arrive a little earlier to avoid late fees. We saw that the shop was still helping a bride and usually you are greeted & are asked to take a seat or told to feel free to look around while they finish up but the owner stated "Oh I'm still with a customer so you have to wait" in a very rude tone & told her employee oh they're early. When the other bride had made her purchase and left we were greeting with "you guys didn't even give me a break" yet we were there at an appointment time that they provided. During the appointment the owner who was the stylist that was assisting me during my appointment had a lack of product knowledge and stated that she wished her daughter was here because she would know more. The owner kept complaining about being tired and was siting and observing during my fitting while my sister in law and mother were standing helping me adjust the dress. She kept commenting multiple times her next appointment so going to be there at 5:30pm , even though it was a around 4:30pm. In a way we felt like we were being pushed to make a selection or to hurry up and leave . This just made us feel unwelcome and ended up leaving without a dress. read more

I was very excited to visit White Blossom as it was my 4th bridal appointment and their dresses looked gorgeous online. When I arrived to my appointment, I introduced my mother and my Matron of Honor to which the owner responded "I only care about mom" which was incredibly rude. After that, I was quickly ushered into the fitting room and put into a robe and left alone. No one asked what kind of dress style I wanted or anything about me and my engagement/wedding. My mom and MOH were discouraged from looking at dresses on the rack. When I did try on dresses, multiple rude comments were made about my size and tattoos. She put my in a dress that was way too large for me and said "oh finally, something that fits." When I expressed that I didn't like the styles I was trying on she said "well your mom likes that so that's what we're putting you in." In appointments with other boutiques I had tried on upwards of 15 dresses - I only tried on 5 dresses at White Blossom before I left because of how uncomfortable and upset I was. I would not recommend this boutique at all and would encourage other brides to try all of the other fabulous bridal boutiques in Orlando where you will feel comfortable, special and beautiful. read more

Before dress shopping here, I was so nervous about never being able to find that perfect dress. All of those feelings went away when I walked into White Blossom Bridal, and I ended up buying the second dress I tried on. It's absolutely stunning! I was so excited for my appointment at White Blossom Bridal. They carried my favorite designers. My mom and mother in law even flew in to come with me. Our experience started off really great. She pulled some beautiful dresses and even called a designer to see if they would alter the skirt of a dress for me. Unfortunately, about 20 minutes before the end of my appointment, then next appointment showed up. She let them in even though I still had 20 minutes left. She then started to rush me and we felt like she just wanted us to leave early. I was super disappointed because I thought I found my dream dress and instead of celebrating, I was herded out of the store before my appointment was finished. I didn't even get to take pictures more than two pictures of the dress. She asked me to come back for measurements saying she couldn't even finish them because the next appointment was pushing her to start their appointment. She should have told them to wait for their appointment time, but instead she let them dictate and we got pushed out. We were super upset after we left and I ended up going to a different bridal shop the next day and finding a new dress. I called to let her know how I felt and that I didn't want to come back for measurements and she sighed and hung up, no apology whatsoever. Super disappointed.... read more
